Family Danz Heating and Cooling

Although Josh did a good job cleaning a/c, I was very disappointed there was no record of my appointment when I called the office. I prepay my maintenance every year, and feel the service could be better.

I had a Bradford-White gas hot water tank heater replaced after 8 yrs. I only called Family Danz and they said they were backed for a week; then she checked the schdule and said someone will be right over the same day. The Technician came over in a half hour to survey the damage and evulated what I needed and I requested a Bradford-White tank.
After that I got a phone call from F.D. and they were here within 20 MINUTES and installed the new tank in about 2 hrs.
This is the interesting part after it was installed I was talking to the plumber. Paul and he mentioned to me that THE HOT & COLD WATER LINES WERE HOOKED UP WRONG ON THE OLD TANK? He said there was no way that I would have know that!! To my SURPRISE my WATER PRESSURE INCREASED because he found the MISTAKE!! Three different plumbers were here years ago installing water heater and they didn't find the PROBLEM!!
This tank was installed 12-16-2022. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Found a drip in piping. Family Danz was nothing but professional and friendly! They explained everything along the way as the made their repair! They truly are like Family! Thank you for your service!!!!

Saw family danz at the home show and talked to Ryan about the ductless heating/ac split units he gave me an estimate and we had them installed by Chris and Cole they’re very good at what they do very respectful and hardworking I’m glad I got this done by them

Taylor came to the house and not only was she amazing, she took the time to actually explain what was happening with my system and helped me figure out how to prevent it. She was professional and awesome
