Technician was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done in a way that we could understand. He kept us informed as he went along with the job. He also paired our thermostat to wifi which we could never figure out how to do.
Monti was professional but also more importantly, he was very personable. He is a great asset to the Family Danz team.

Don and Zach were professional and explained to us what they were going to do then went about their job. We’re very thorough and respectful towards us as they went about their work. When done explained everything to us made sure area was cleaned and picked up. As stated in previously these actions are the reason we continue to use your services as well as recommend you to others

We had a unit installed a few years ago and unfortunately encountered some issues with it. Family Danz has been responsive and helpful in addressing the issues. Most recently we had a technician Shawn that has been amazing. He is professional and competent. He explained everything throughout the process and was honestly a pleasure to work with.

Family Danz had a spot in their busy schedule open up, and called ahead (which is awesome and rarely done) rather than having it be a surprise. 5 days early! On the Friday before 4th of July weekend! During a heatwave / wildfire smoke season! So things started off very very well.
Ben was friendly, efficient, and above-and-beyond at getting the job done and leaving us in better shape than expected. Not only is our central air outdoor unit now working, but he added a pound of refrigerant (it was low) so that it would be more powerful and efficient than ever. He also didn't mind a nosy observer and explained the different things he was doing. Really can't compliment his demeanor enough - excellent work and great guy!

First of all - I called Monday morning to request service. They dispatched repair techs the same morning!!!! Two techs arrived. They were polite, friendly, (nice to my peppy dog), professional, clearly knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and repaired it with a part they had with them (i.e., no return visit necessary). They explained the problem, the fix, and the cost. I could not be more pleased with what they did and how they did it. Top marks, five stars all the way.
