Tech didn't know what was wrong and was replacing parts randomly, after $500 I called another company and they adjusted the valves for $150 no parts needed. Felt like they were a scam.

Update - the manager called and was able to refund my money. They did a good job of reconciliation.

Greg and Sergio replaced our whole house water shut off valve, pressure reducing valve, hot water circulator, hot water tank, 2 toilets, numerous under sink and toilet shut off valves, and repaired a leak in our radiant floor heat pipe. We recently moved into a house out in Eldorado, and we were taking care of a few loose ends from the home inspection. We had five different items of concern, including plumbing and HVAC issues, for TLC to address. After completing the "contact us" section on the TLC website, they promptly contacted me. The person who helped schedule the appointment was professional and let me know that Darren would be able to help us with all of our issues. Darren arrived on time and had no problem explaining each of the issues to us as well as the next steps we should take. He was honest and knowledgeable, and if we have further concerns, we plan to contact them again.

11/27/18: Just had Greg at TLC replace an outside water faucet valve. As usual, TLC did a great job in a very efficient and short period of time. Highly recommend TLC for all plumbing and heating/cooling needs.

We had a persistent problem with "water hammer" at our the main valve. The sound and worry was driving us crazy. Three other people had been over and no one could figure out the fix without cutting into the wall. TLC sent Gregory over, he showed up on time and called first. At first glance he knew what to do without cutting into the wall. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and it shows. Finally I felt relieved that this problem would get fixed. He rearranged a couple valves that were incorrect and now the hammer sound is gone. Gregory cleaned up the area and even gave me some energy saving tips!

Rick was the most knowledgeable person we talked to about a complicated ac installation. He designed a great system for us, showed up as scheduled for the installation and finished early. Because of him and TLC, we have a quiet and efficient system.

We changed over from a swamp cooler to refrigerated air. Carlos and his crew did a fantastic installation. He always keep us up to date during the installation. He always had ti.e for our questions. Just a great experience.

My wife and I have used TLC before. The first time, they fixed what needed fixing. On receipt they said all parts were under warranty still, but my bill was still $1900. I asked and repairman could not answer. All he did was replace a/c coils. He was there 2.5-3 hours max. I find it hard to believe that labor was $1900 worth. That was first time.
So, we called again to get some work done. Knowing we got screwed last time but oh well. My wife called made appointment and no one showed bbn on day of appointment. They showed up 2 days late. Guy shows up, says he thinks he knows what the problem was. Didn't fix anything. Said it was either the compressor, and pulley?? Said he had to order parts and would return. We are still waiting. Its been 2-3 weeks now. I got fed up and called another company. Most amazing repairman and service. It was a condenser, not compressor or pulley. Repairman had part and installed. $109. Glad TLC last our service....
You guys need to clean up your act.... we will NEVER recommend TLC..!!!!

We had water pipe burst in our ceiling, in below zero weather. We called the emergency line for TLC because they had the best reviews, we spoke to someone at 11:59 PM, we were told they had two customers ahead and for us to “hang tight” and that they would call me when they were headed my way. It’s currently 8:39AM the following day and I have yet to hear back from anyone for an update, all while water is still leaking from my ceiling causing excessive damage.

Doug saved us today from a messy
sewer pipe! He did a great job and was courteous and professional. We have had TLC work on my elderly parents home and at our former address. We can always count on them to get the job done. Thanks again Doug!
