A stress-free plumbing experience. The technician, Greg, was friendly and professional. The work was done well, quickly and efficiently. He consulted with me on several other projects I will be having them do and was willing to share his knowledge and experience . I highly recommend TLC plumbing.

The installation went good. But, Russel figured out that the unit needed a second pump. That went good too. Then one of the valves was defective. Russel again came out to fix that. Russel was fantastic and got the unit working well. Took a while and Russel was very customer focussed, which I appreciated. Will need an air conditioner unit soon, I believe. Since this winter has been like spring..... and will go to TLC.

Rick Baker did an outstanding job while servicing my unit. It was late at night and he was very professional and knowledgeable while fixing the unit. He explained in detail and provided lots of information as to the DO'S and dont's of the unit. He also tested and made sure everything was operating right prior to him leaving. My son was able sleep safe and warm after the repair was done.

Russell Montano with TLC was a real hero today. i have had no less than 4 plumbers look at my rinnai water heater and they give a vague opinion and then they evaporate and i still have a disfunctional heater.
Russell was courteous, timely, communicative and effective ( considering the circumstances). He kindly and helpfully explained not only what he was doing but he explained the next required steps to get the water properly, i have to have the well serviced, possibly a new pump situation due to age.
Russell also discussed some of my options, should i need to replace the hot water heater. we agreed that if and when i do need to replace, i should go for a combination hot water/ boiler system since the furnace is as old as the well pump. and he even explained that i could arrange financing through TLC. which is probably the route i will have to take.
So Russell offered great service all around.
Most impressive of all was the fact that he took a moment to actually READ part of the rinnai manual to confirm what he was doing saying"we can't know everything!"
26 yrs as a homeowner and i have never seen any service tech let alone a plumber read anything resembling instructions! even better that the manual confirmed Russell's actions.
While this was a very costly venture for me, i am thrilled to have my hot water again.
Joanie who answers the phones was very helpful and friendly as well. i will be saving up for the next time! (you get what you pay for...)

I am very happy with the service provided by Mr. Demetrios Padilla. He arrived at about 9 o'clock pm to unclog a drain. Since we have four visitors, it was imperative to have a working bathroom. I am very grateful that TLC provides this 24 hour service and has such competent, polite and hardworking staff. Thank you, thank you. They are definitely the people to call Demetrios did a great job. Alberto and Jessie were great. They made sure to put on shoe covers, they explained everything they were doing and gave recommendations when appropriate. I'm glad we have the maintenance contract with TLC.

Rick and Fernando are great! They squeezed us into a tight schedule, with cold weather and guests upon us, and then made sure our systems were back to working exactly as they should.

Gabriel and Martin. A couple of friendly, courteous and knowledgeable young men. It's service like this that will keep me coming back to TLC.

TLC responded to my urgent concern. Tony was very knowledgable and diagnosed many issues with my boiler confguration.

Our tech was David Mazur. He came to assess and repair a noisy “chattering” pump related to the connections between our Nest thermostat and pump. A radiant floor heating system and a tankless water heating system were also part of the equation.

David was extremely knowledgeable, customer oriented, great at diagnostics, timely, communicative, and fair.

We will be loyalty customers to TLC now.... he’s a keeper!
