Contacted them to come drain and flush our radiant system. When the technician arrived, he seemed like he didn't want to be anywhere on a Monday morning at 8:30. He had a bunch of reasons he didn't want to (WOULDN'T) drain and flush. Kind of looked over the systems then charged me a $189. Seriously, if you don't want to do certain work, don't accept the work then show up and don't do what we agreed to and then still charge me!

Ryan Catanach at TLC was so helpful with our Air Conditioner maintenance visit we had recently. He was on time and went above and beyond to help adjust our vent which we were having trouble adjusting. We are grateful to have such professional and responsive customer service. We will continue to call TLC Plumbing/HVAC I highly recommend!

This is a repeat review because I accidentally posted it on the Albuquerque TLC review. This is a Santa Fe TLC review.

Rick came out for an HVAC estimate. He was on time, he communicated well, and he pointed out that the water heater needed some work to get it up to code. He made a big deal that his estimate was only good for 10 days. Gotcha. Except now it's been almost 3 weeks and I never received an estimate. I wrote Rick about a week ago, and he said he was out with an injury, and he would get me an estimate the next day. He did not. Surely someone would deliver an estimate, or cover Rick's work for him. Anyway, I find that kind of lack of system and lack of communication is often indicative of how the entire process will go with the work. Maybe they are fine. No doubt you can do better.

Have used TLC for maintenance of our HVAC units for many years. This time around, we had a serious failure of our 20+ year old hot water system. Greg came out to diagnose the issue, and found that there were multiple items that needed to be addressed/fixed. He gave options to fix what we had, or to move forward with a new system. After weighing our options, we decided to install a new tankless system. Greg was great at getting us the information on what he recommended we install, so we could look up reviews, etc... Once we decided to move forward with the install, he had us on the schedule right away. He removed all of the old equipment, and installed the new unit and we had hot water again. Greg was extremely professional, and competent in what needed to be done. Thank you Greg!!!!

Darren Luper fixed a heating valve problem we have had for a few years - we were impressed with his ability to identify the problem and fix it. He went out of his way to find the necessary part locally, pick it up and come back and fix it the same day within a very reasonable time period. Darren has wonderful customer service and communication skills. We felt the price of the service was fair. We have been very pleased with the timeliness and quality of service from TLC and continue to be glad we have a service agreement with them.

TLC has performed several services for us over a number of years. From maintaining our radiant heating system to replacing our boiler and water heater to maintaining and replacing our evaporative coolers and their work has always been first-rate. They are professional, their estimates are accurate, the work is done correctly, and their prices are fair.

We have worked with one of their professional technicians, Ryan Catanach, on many occasions. He has proven to be knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, and pleasant to work with. He has often done work for us that is "above and beyond" what we might have expected.

Fernando at TLC Santa Fe was super responsive when I needed a repair to the overflow valve in my tub. While here, he recommended an upgrade to the shower valves since I was having work done and he could access them which would save me money. He worked around my schedule and stayed past 7pm to get the job done well. I called him again to upgrade the shower valves in the master bath and again, he worked around his schedule to fit me in. He is always professional, courteous, and just so easy to have in my house and working. I will definitely call and ask for him again for any of my plumbing needs.

I made an appointment to have my plumbing inspected. They said it would be a couple of weeks before their guy was available. The appointment was scheduled for today, November 7th between 8 am and 10 am. I waited till 9:30 am then called to see if their guy would be late. They told me the appointment had been rescheduled for the 9th. Completely unprofessional and rude to not inform me of this change ahead of time. This is the second time I tried to use them. The first time their guy was 3 hours late. Do not use.
