We've been in our home for 2 years and this is our first experience with a septic tank. Both our toilets stopped flushing and when using the plunger...the water backed up in tub and shower. We have a home warranty policy but they couldn't send anyone out for 3 days. Unacceptable. So we called TLC, which had done some excellent work with our heating system a month earlier. They were VERY attentive, came out right away...kept on the problem until it was solved. Shane and his apprentice were such a pleasure to work with. Shane came at 7 a.m. to assess the situation and recommended we call Chavez Septic Pumping Service...then Shane came back after that was finished and finished up a very difficult job...at night! I had a great experience with TLC before and now this experience proved they are the only plumbers to call. Shane found the "missing" clean out which was UNDERNEATH brick steps. That was pretty amazing. The pricing was very reasonable. They are our go to plumbers forever more.

Noticed a leak in the mechanical room on a Wednesday and Greg Ortiz was on it the next morning. He fixed the leak and installed a state of the art tankless system that replaced both the hot water baseboard boiler and the 50 gallon hot water heater. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about his job, but efficient, very timely to respond and super courteous. The service was awesome and I cannot say enough about Greg’s professionalism. Thank you Greg,

During R and R from the calf canyon fire, my fire engine needed emergency repairs, TLC provided a top notch service at break neck speed. Employees Sergio and tony are truly one of a kind in their professionalism and skill set. We will be recommending them to all of our wildfire counterparts for the rest of our stay in this beautiful state.

Mario was fantastic. He easily was able to diagnose a problem with an AC unit that another company couldn't figure out. Super helpful and gave me some tips on a future project we want to do. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Since moving to Santa Fe 2 years ago, I've depended on TLC for my heating, cooling and plumbing services. Today, Gregg arrived at 8 AM and replaced a shower cartridge within minutes. This was his 2nd visit to work on the shower.... the first visited he recommended getting a replacement cartridge from the shower manufacturer... which was a free replacement. Thanks to Greg this saved thousands of dollars, in tearing out tile and replacing the entire shower unit. Greg also took a look at a toilet that was refilling too often, made an adjustment in the handle, and fixed that too. Thanks Greg!

Shane Benavidez is outstanding. The sign of any good professional is their diagnostic ability. Shane is superb. When our tankless water heater was a mystery to three other plumbing companies who charged and never fixed our problem, Shane narrowed it down to an electrical issue with the manufacturer and fixed it right.

We have used TLC Plumbing and Heating twice now for emergency services. The first year was for our furnace that went out in Feb 2020 and we added A/C as well. The second was to repair main trunk gas line and added tankless water heater also in March 2021. Russell, Fernando, Tony, Rick and Jimmy are fondly known to us as the “A” team! They are so awesome and work so hard - it amazes us their professionalism, dedication and skill. Definitely get what you pay for with TLC - they are the best!

Daniel came out to my house when there was a problem with the sewer line not draining. He called ahead to let me know when he was a few minutes out and was very knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciate his help and that he was able to come out the same day.
