They did a wonderful job with my parents drain clog and have set them up with regular maintenance on their tankless water heater.

Absolutely RUDE vice president. I called to get a pressure test and a state inspection done and was told permits needed to be pulled to do a different test. I don't even know what he called it because when I asked for clarification he just said "I can tell you right now that's the process, you can call another company if you want." Okay, if thats the process then fine. I was simply asking for clarification about the process as I like to make informed decisions. I never said ANYTHING about going to another company, but I am looking now. Definitely will NOT EVER be recommending this company until they learn to not chase potential customers away.

Just got off the phone with Randall at this business. He was extremely professional and attentive. I use this company for my heating and air conditioning needs as well as their plumbing services at my home. I am very pleased with their service.

This was our first time using Roadrunner Air, we had an emergency plumbing issue and Karly Garcia got a technician to our house quick and was very helpful! Thank you Karly!! Jorge was the technician she sent and he was very thorough and did a great job fixing our problem and getting parts needed ..his work was very clean and professional. We are now new clients at Roadrunner !

Technician was courteous and knowledgeable in replacing our water circulation pump. He even pointed out a minor gas leak in our system that he quickly repaired with a part he had on hand. Terrific service, highly recommended!

We just had a two outdoor unit system put in by Roadrunner. We were very impressed by the whole process, and the quality of the system (Mitsubishi). Terrence took care of estimating, sales contact, and follow up. Our installation team was polite, professional, and very responsive. They were on time and cleaned up perfectly at the end. All wore masks at our home. We would use Roadrunner again for sure.

I found Roadrunner through the Internet so I did not know what to expect. They responded immediately to my needs, helped me go through some hoops to purchase my home. Everyone who I worked with there was great. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Roadrunner!! I’ve used them for every repair I’ve needed and they’ve always been prompt, courteous, communicative, thorough, AND efficient!
Things they’ve helped me with: hot water heater flush, HVAC “leak”, stuck garbage disposal, gas fireplace CO test, and a small leak at base of toilet tank! While doing an annual inspection, Jorge noted two problems. I appreciate that he was proactive and helped me prevent damage to my system. When he returned to make the repairs he was pleasant, on time, professional and did a great job. I feel like Jorge is trustworthy.
