Use to be great service, very professional, and extremely helpful. Since Covid, after four calls, I can't get them to schedule an appointment and keep it!

I would like to thank and praise CARLOS our plumber who came to fix a gas leak. Carlos is amazing and efficient in his job! We had no gas for three weeks because we had to wait for inspectors to come out, Carlos would come often and check everything was fine! I was told not to hire road runner because they are not reliable but I can absolutely say that’s not true and they are great. I would really recommend Carlos he’s a great plumber!

It's such a pleasure to do business with a company that is doing everything right ! Carlos expertly replaced a kitchen faucet in record time, was extremely kind and attentive to every aspect of the transaction such as work and hardware guarantees I can count on if need be. As always, I find Derrick and his staff pleasant to deal with. I previously had splits installed and have been very pleased. This time I had a new water treatment system installed and Carlos was great. He kept me informed all along the way. He has a very nice personality very upbeat and professional. I definitely recommend Roadrunner!

I called Roadrunner on a Friday after having the Gas Company red tag my hot water heater because of a carbon monoxide issue. To make matters worse it was during the holidays and I had house guests so not having hot water over the weekend could have been a huge bummer. I was so relieved when I called and they told me they could send someone to my home within just a couple hours.
