Roadrunner Plumbing has honestly been the best experience I have had with any plumbing service. Terrance was great and quoted me an amazing price! Steve and Ray we're punctual and polite and explained everything they were doing. I had a new furnace installed and they took the time to get me familiar with the new unit and made sure everything was functional and clean before they left. I will continue to only call Roadrunner Plumbing in the future thanks to Terrance, Steve, and Ray.

I've used Roadrunner for two years now and have had consistently good experiences with them. Most recently Ray Moreland came to check out a few things. Ray was on time, professional, clean, fast, and pleasant to have here. I'll be requesting him from now on but again, I have had good experiences with all RR representatives over the past couple of years. Highly recommend.

Ray Moreland was the service tech who came out to my residence from Roadrunner Plumbing Co., to review my Swamp Cooler. Ray was extremely professional and so knowledgeable. We've had them out several times, and they always go the extra distance to get to the bottom of and fix our problems. Steve and Jesse just came out to deal with a thermostat issue. They were excellent. They found the problem quickly, offered me some advice about some plumbing concerns, and remained cheerful and professional throughout. We've been very happy with Roadrunner.

And today, May 7th, we just had another Roadrunner employee, Jorge, deal with several plumbing concerns. He was the picture of professionalism and competence. He cleaned drains, decalcified an on-demand water heater, and installed an outdoor faucet, all in reasonable time. Also, he was very respectful of our concerns due to the Covid outbreak, and he wore a mask and kept reasonable distance. Couldn't be happier with the work Jorge did.

We are a property management company and we rely on people to resolve our issues quickly. Roadrunner has been there 100% for us, after hours, weekends and holidays. They have never let me down and that it itself says more than I can write! Thank you for your service!

Jorge did an excellent job in assessing the sulfur gas smell In our casita. Using an electronic sniffer he was able to tell that the problem was not from the water or hot water heater but rather from the dried out P-trap drains. So, no need for repairs. We just need to make sure that we run water into the drains every few weeks.

He also noted that we do not have sediment traps on our boiler or hot water heater.

Jorge was punctual, extremely polite and knowledgeable. I would not only highly recommend Road Runner; also highly recommend Jorge. Great job!

Jorge and Cornelio were prompt and efficient. They did a thorough job installing my garbage disposal, water lines for the fridge, new sink hardware, etc. Very competent, nice guys. Left everything clean.

Tim came out to my home and was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and got my heater running in no time. I will definitely be calling Roadrunner in the future.

I had a sudden fairly large leak under the upstairs sink, so bad in fact it leaked through to the downstairs into my living room and kitchen!! I called numerous plumming companies in town and and most of them were severely overpriced and would have a 4-6 hour wait before someone could come out and check on it. Frantic I continued my google search and came across Roadrunner and decided to call and see if they do plumming work as well.

Not only do they but the office lady was sweet, very attentive and seemed super concerned to get my problem addressed ASAP! She called me back immediately and had one of their techs at my house within an hour!!! Amazing! And the tech they sent Nathan was equally amazing, he was fast, efficient, honest and professional. He quickly addressed the issue and was very thorough with explaining to me what was needed. I had the best experience with Nathan and the company I will not only recommend them to anyone who asks but in the next year they will be the only ones I contact to purchase and install a new furnace and a/c system. Excellent service from every aspect I dealt with and best price in town!! My hats off to you RoadRunner keep doing what you do and thank you again!!
