We thought we could replace our garbage disposal ourselves and quickly realized we were in over our heads with the way our sink was plumbed. A couple of other companies gave high quotes or no-call-no-showed. Jared from Roadrunner showed up on time, gave a lower quote, which he stuck to even though it ended up taking a bit more time than he had anticipated, and did a great job. He was polite, professional, and cleaned up after himself, which was much appreciated!

Roadrunner installed a cooling system on my condo last week. So glad I chose to work with this company! From start to finish they were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Derek thoroughly evaluated what I needed and explained the system that would be installed. Luis and Andrew did the installation - excellent work and a pleasure to have in my home. Unlike other companies I got bids from, Roadrunner seemed genuinely interested in getting my business - at a very fair cost compared with other bids I received. Highly recommend!

Jorge Just left our house after servicing our swamp cooler. He did an excellent job getting it up and running. He was very courteous, efficient and left the workspace very clean. We have used Roadrunner before i our bathroom rehab and we were very happy with their work. Thanks Roadrunner!

2022 -- Caress (the Road Runner Customer Service Rep I spoke with today) did a nice job getting the plumbing techs out to my house as quickly as possible. Jared and Jonathan (the plumbing techs) fixed a serious leak in my water intake line - replacing the broken main shut off valve with a vastly superior piece of equipment. They also gave me some good advice regarding other issues to be addressed. Finally, they were both very pleasant -nice to be around. A great experience.

2021-- I spoke with Karly and Stephanie this morning to schedule a convenient time and date for the inspection and repair of my heating system. Both of these customer service specialists were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have used this company before and have found their technical staff to be very competent. It is nice to deal with a company whose in-house staff is as professional as their technical staff -- a good team.

We would definitely be using this company if Jarred Dina was still working there. It’s too bad that you guys let him go because he did such a great honest job.

Recently had Roadrunner install a Mitsubishi ductless hyper-heat pump multi-zone system. From the professional complete job estimate and proposal submitted by Terrence to the exceptional installation work provided by Brad, Carlos, and Tommy the job far exceeded our expectations. We had several other well-known local companies come out to provide estimates and there simply was no comparison, Roadrunner was the obvious choice.

Our toilets were running slow and we had a clogged drain. Jorge Castillo was our technician and he took care of the entire problem. He explained everything well, he was kind and polite. I felt very confident with his work and am fully satisfied. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Roadrunner and Jorge!

Jorge Castillo from Roadrunner is the best! He is professional, prompt, and does a great job. He ran a line from an outdoor faucet outside for us. He was friendly and respectful of our home and cleaned up after the job was done. He is our go-to plumber!
