We had Roadrunner come to our home to repair an old, very leaky shower faucet. The Roadrunner technician, Jared, arrived promptly and quickly recognized the problem (old faucet cartridge). He turned off the water supply and removed the faucet plate. After extracting the cartridge, he made short trip to get a replacement and came back and finished the install. As he worked he answered our questions which was appreciated. Good job, thanks Jared.

Roadrunner recently installed ductless air conditioners into our ductless home. It is wonderful and they were wonderful too. Derek Cunningham (president) came to give us the estimate himself. He also showed up on day 1 of the installation to make sure his employees made it and knew the plan. After that, the installers always showed up when they said they would and left things clean. They were respectful of our property and the job was completed in less time than was originally stated. I highly recommend this company.

We just had our Mitsubishi minisplits installed throughout our house and the customer service was fantastic. I give Roadrunner very high grades for their ability to hire great workers. Terrance, who advised us on how best to cool and heat our house, is very knowledgeable and a good advisor. And the crew was all A+. They were at my house for several days and were very respectful and interacted with us and each other very politely and professionally. It’s once thing to have workers come for a few hours in a day, but when they are there all day for several days, their professionalism and manners really matters.

We had a problem with the mini split unit in our home. Gus and Horatio came out and quickly installed the part on the unit. Very happy with the service provided.

I chose Roadrunner to replace my residential water heater. I have used them before for a mini split system and was very satisfied with their work. Derek came by to scope the work and provide an estimate and answer questions. The scheduling personnel found a convenient time for the installation. Jared, the plumber, arrived on time and answered all questions and performed the work very well within the time estimated. I am very pleased with the work.

We had a couple minor issues after the work was done which is to be expected for a job this size. They took every issue very seriously and had it resolved the same day. Jared came on two occasions to do repairs to our water softener and to install a new faucet at our kitchen sink. We were very pleased with his service, and with his explanations about the improvements that were needed for our water softener. I'm a repeat Roadrunner customer because of how reliable they are. The installers are always super professional. Last week Harrison and Albert installed a new minisplit system in my living room. I was much smaller than my old system and they repaired the wall beautifully. They also showed me photographs of how they sealed all the connections on the roof.

Roadrunner Air installed a minisplit system and replaced the hot water boiler in my home. They did an outstanding job, finished the work promptly and kept the work site clean. All of the staff were very professional and courteous.
