Derek and his crew did an outstanding job installing our Mitsubishi minisplit system. The sizing and cost estimate for the system was well done and over the past year the performance of the system has exceeded our expectations. We had Derek Cunningham with Roadrunner install splits, ductless air and heating, in our home a couple of years back. He has been responsive in taking care to ensure our satisfaction and so we turned to him again when needing a hot water heater replaced and a new boiler for the radiant heat system. Jared was our installer for these systems and together they have worked hard, patiently and professionally with us in resolving some confusing boiler issues. Jorge did a great job on a couple of recent visits repairing plumbing issues in our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful. We also worked with Terrence last year to have a mini-split heat pump system installed; the team at Roadrunner did a great job with this large project. They were responsive in addressing our needs and concerns, and we have been very pleased with the system so far.

Have been regularly using Roadrunner as I have a “membership” account with Roadrunner. I recently was serviced for a seasonal A/C start-up; and, in the past, I’ve had Roadrunner personnel service external spigots as they had met their product “end-of-life” to survive future winters. Regarding this year’s A/C start-up, I was serviced by Jared Diana who was on-time, well-mannered and quickly attended to the A/C start-up. I also took the opportunity to ask Jared about “going forward” work, such as, a replacement of an aged water heater and installation of an under-the-sink water filter system. Jared provided me with clear and concise information with respect to a new water heater and the current requirements of such an installation. We also quickly discussed the water filtration, which I am really wanting to have done.

Thank you, Jared! Jared is a knowledgeable young man and did an excellent job in replacing a toilet fill valve in about 15 minutes, also gave me a quote for a water heater replacement. I have used this company previously for heater repair and maintenance and kitchen plumbing repairs and have always had great service from everyone at Roadrunner. Highly recommend their work.

Harrison James, Terrance and every single crew member was stellar. They expertly installed our Mitsubishi split system last month. It was a joy to have them working in our house. We had a small glitch this week and Harrison was here within 30 minutes to change out a hose. The service could not possibly be better. We look forward to their annual visits for standard maintenance..

Last month had minisplits installed for entire house. Harrison and Jonathan were both very nice, professional, courteous, always cleaned up each day after themselves (including smudges on the walls). Took care to make sure everything looked good and was working well. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

I made an appointment to check my guest bathroom for peculiar odor. Roadrunner actually moved my appointment up to an earlier slot which i very much appreciated. Jorge was on time, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He was also very personable. Luckily, there was no cause for repair. However, Jorge fixed a leak in my outside garden faucet by taking a minute to change gasket and tighten bolt. It is refreshing to know that Roadrunner provides professional and on time service. I would definitely recommend them.

the crew was fast, clean-they placed plastic all over the house on all furniture and floors. Installed 3 mini splits, Came and Thursday and finished on Monday couldn't have asked for anything more

Wonderful and efficient service. Plumber Jorge Castillo was thorough, explained what was happening with our clogged pipe, and was able to efficiently solve the issue. He also recommended a product to use to prevent the same problem in the future! He also found some other non urgent issues with the pipes leading to the street, and let us know the recommendation, showed me the issue via camera, and also informally gave us an idea of the cost of a future repair. I will definitely use Road Runner again, and have frequently used them in the past!
