Roadrunner Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing

My wife and I live in a 100+ year old adobe home. We realized after last summer that we needed to install air conditioning. We decided on ductless, and after doing all the research I could, it became evident that we wanted to install a Mitsubishi system.

We contacted Roadrunner in Santa Fe to help us with our design and to give us a quote.

Terrance from Roadrunner visited us and gave us invaluable advice and we settled for a 5-zone system with a 60,000 BTU compressor.

The price of the system came with a 12-year parts and labor guarantee.

Within 2 weeks the system was installed.

Our installers Tim and Ray were consummate professionals, careful of our adobe home, meticulous and neat. I could not recommend a better installation; it far exceeded our expectations.

Terrance provided overall project management and there were absolutely no surprises.

The system is running and is whisper quiet, and as a side product, has already helped my wife’s allergies.

I cannot recommend enough the extremely professional services we were provided at a very reasonable price.

My advice, if you need air conditioning, go to Roadrunner.

after a very bad experience and I will leave it at that... I called Roadrunner and they sent out a young man named Jorge Castillo and he was prompt and totally addressed all of the previous work issues that I was still having...he fixed everything in a reasonable amount of time and I now feel that in the future I can use Roadrunner and recommend them ...Jorge was able to erase the bad experience by giving me what I expected in the first place ..thank you very much...

My garbage disposal wasn't working & Roadrunner sent out Cornelio Calderon on Saturday of last week. Cornelio explained what was happening and gave me a quote for the new disposal and installed the new garbage disposal the same day. I really appreciate all that he did. I also received a discount due to my membership.

I want to add a review from today's furnace installation. Luis from Roadrunner installed it with support from his team and the owner Derek. I really appreciated the work they did , ensuring that they did it correctly and the time they took to show me how to work the new furnace and air duct cleaning system. I go to Roadrunner for all of my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.

Randall and Jorge from Roadrunner both helped me today in fixing a leak that was costing me a lot of money. Randall answered my phone call right away and made room in the schedule to fit me in today. Jorge was the technician who fixed my leak ! I appreciate them both!!

We needed our cooler set up fast. Jorge came out two days in a row to make it happen. He was nice and professional . It was very appreciated.

Our boiler, which supplies domestic hot water and radiant heat, was off. In the cold weather, we were anxious to have it repaired quickly. Jorge came and dealt with it professionally and safely (he arrived with mask on and kept it on the entire time). Turns out that the problem was our lack of knowledge on how to operate it, and he taught us how to adjust the settings without making us feel dumb! We’ll call Roadrunner again when needed.

My A/C went out on the holiday weekend and was in need of some cool air. Called Roadrunner and got a technician by the name of Ray Moeland who came out on a Sunday to get my system up and running. He took time out of his schedule to accommodate my needs. Very nice person and explained what needed to be done to me. I would definitely use Roadrunner again for service and other needs. Three toilets in our house seemed to be losing water or not flushing quite right. Jorge came out and assessed the situation, then got right to work and fixed all three promptly, explaining what he had done so I would understand. We also talked through options for future plumbing changes, and he gave me possible next steps. Great plumbing experience!

Randal answered my call and Gorge came out to the house in a timely manner on a Sunday to fix a leak in the water heating system. All fixed up within the hour and on short notice. No problems. Thanks for the hustle guys.

Bill came to our house to give us a quote, explained everything and gave us several suggestions of what would work best for our needs. Adrian and Nicholas did a wonderful job installing the mini-splits. Even when I decided to make a change in the previous estimate requiring extra days and hard work, everyone followed through and made it happen expertly. We’re very happy with the results. Great guys who always showed up on time and always cleaned up after themselves. We had a great experience with Roadrunner and will definitely use them again in the future!
