Roadrunner Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing

Johnathan and Gus did a great job with our installation - very professional. There was a slight mixup about our exact order by the scheduling/billers but it's getting figured out. We are satisfied with our purchase.

We thought we would have Roadrunner Air perform an AC tuneup since they installed our mini split unit last year. We went online in January 2021 to have them come to our home on March 29, 2021. There was absolutely no calls to confirm our appointment. We called them to find out if they planned to come to our home. They said they tried calling but we never received a call or voice-mail. They rescheduled the appointment for April 1st, 2021. AGAIN a no show and no call. We decided on another company because of Roadrunner's lousy service.

So thankful for Roadrunner. They have come out same day to repair several important problems. This last one was a leaky mess from our expansion tank. Jorge Castillo was right on it. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and quick to handle the problem. Highly recommend Jorge and Roadrunner

I had faucet/soap dispenser/drains and toilet handle installed. When I called the Santa Fe office the woman answering was polite, efficient and competent. I was given a quick appt for my request. The two guys, Tommy and Jorge, showed up exactly as promised. They were both wearing masks, neat clean, knowledgeable , were polite and began the job. It was completed quickly and perfectly, All trash etc was removed and work site cleaned. How can you ask for more??? Charge was reasonable, also. I would not use anyone else in Santa Fe. Ferguson Plumbing was where I purchased the supplies. The personal attention there is amazing, they insured I bought exactly what fit and was needed- I would never go to another plumbing place or big box store was these things! Jean Gee

Jorge was on time and extremely professional. In addition to the issue with our shower for which we called for repair,, Jorge explained and remedied an ongoing problem with our heat pump, which took only a few minutes to fix. I highly recommend both Roadrunner and Jorge Castillo for all HVAC work.

Jorge was dispatched to my home within a few hours of calling in a request at the office. He was already on a service call when I called. I explained that I had no hot water. Jorge was persistent and thorough in finding the problem, correcting it and making sure everything was in working order. Appreciate his professional assistance in a job well done!

Excellent company. Installed our AC unit 2 years ago which works perfectly. Eddie, one of their technicians, did routine maintenance last week, arrived early, worked quickly and communicated very well. I've recommended Roadrunner to friends.

If there was a way to give zero stars - I'd do it.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They schedule over a month out. No show - cancel - and do not inform. Just downright BAD and after pushing out appointment repeatedly cancelled indefinitely because the claim to not have a HVAC Tech indefinitely. Run away from roadrunner (AC-Heating and Plumbing)

Jorge came out to replace a shower valve for us. He was very professional and did a great job. Also great service from the dispatcher. I would highly recommend Roadrunner.
