Derek took my call when I first reached out to put in a service call. Derek was very pleasant. Derek was not sure if a technician would be able to get to our home today but would try his best to get someone here. Derek called back to let me know Kevin V. would be here between 5:00 & 6:00.
Kevin arrived on time. He was very polite. Kevin took his time and explained everything thoroughly about our system, answered all my questions. And made sure to cover details about the company.
Service was great all around!

Great experience with On Call, from our first meeting to after installation. They listened to what I wanted and came up with a cost effective plan. They stayed in communication with me the entire time. All at a reasonable price. They really are the gold star of providing A++ customer satisfaction. So happy I found them! Will use again for any of my electrical needs.

Alright, let me start by saying Kevin is the best. He knows what he’s doing, and does it with professionalism and good humor. They have it set up so not only did I know what time they were going to show up, I also knew what my technician would look like and they even provided a little bio. which made me feel like I knew the guy before I even met him. A shout out to Maureen in dispatch too, for keeping me informed every step of the way in a friendly & helpful manner. Definitely will be calling to use these folks again.

One Call was referred to us by a friend, and we are so grateful for it. Easy to make an appointment, timely follow-up, and even a phone call when the technician was en route. Kevin was professional, knowledgable, respectful of our home ... what I appreciated the most was that he took the time to explain the problem, and how he planned to resolve it. Eduardo Monroy & Javier Cruz did a great job! Installed & Updated my panel, installed a generator switch & all new outdoor and indoor connections. Very courteous, prompt and professional. I received Company support of when they would arrive. Good all around. I recommend One Call Electrical.

We've used One Call on a couple of occasions this year. On this particular visit, they upgraded our electrical service from 50 amp to 150 amp with a 10-year guarantee, and at a very reasonable rate. Eduardo and Javier performed the work, and did a fantastic job!!! We were very pleased that they were able to finish the job in one day, since we needed the furnace that evening. Not only did they perform that job, but they also included installations of two lighting fixtures that we had purchased from Home Depot several months earlier, plus checked to make sure that the dining room chandelier that had been installed by another individual several years ago was done correctly for NO additional charges.

I'm very happy that this company is right in town, because we will use them again for some further work, possibly next year. Eduardo is very enthusiastic about his job, and his knowledge of his trade is very impressive, as is Javier. I would definitely recommend this company to my fellow South Plainfield residents, as well as to residents of the surrounding areas. Save yourselves the trouble of finding a very reliable company at a very reasonable price, and use this company for your electrical work.

Our AC had stopped working in the death of the heat! Called One Call Electrical first thing in the morning.... they had sent Kevin right over! Kevin was absolutelyAmazing!!! He fixed the issue in no time ! Air is up and going!!! Such a happy lady over here!! Best and fast and extremely thorough service I have ever received in my life! This was my first time I contacted One Call and I am very satisfied with the major electrical upgrade performed by Rich in my home. He arrived on time fully equipped with all necessary tools and parts, quickly identified root cause of all issues I complained about and worked hard all day to fix it. Also the office of One Call was very friendly and honest in handling my initial inquiry about the services, dispatching technician to my home and follow up after the job was completed.

My technician Eduardo Monroy is excellent. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed by his knowledge of electrical systems and what is needed in my home. He explained that my light switches were very old and needed replacing for safety purposes. The estimate and installation was completed in a very timely manner. Since my home is older, he also explained the home protection plan with the company and the importance of proper electrical maintenance. I will do business with One Call Electrical again.
