One Call has done a lot of really good work for us in our new old house. They’ve installed several light fixtures, including difficult cases (big chandelier, vaulted ceiling, ancient electrical box needing replacement, etc.). They’ve also done a bunch of electrical safety work around the house, as well as routine Hvac maintenance.

Their work is always highly competent and professional, and the customer service is also excellent. We’ve had great experiences with Henry and Osman as technicians. One Call isn’t the cheapest option around, but it’s a good value for the quality of the work they do.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job installing a new electrical panel at my mom’s house in Somerset, NJ. They upgraded the outdated electrical service with a modern and safe GE panel. The team was prompt and efficient and communicated effectively. The One Call Electric office staff were also patient while I had to arrange for the town to complete inspections. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a good NJ electrician.

Just a really great group of people to work with. Luis, the engineer that visited my home during the scheduled appointment was very knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely professional. He answered any questions that I had, and provided me with quotes and information as it pertained to preventative maintenance regarding my furnace. He also provided me with very important information regarding my water heater installation. I would definitely recommend One Call and especially Luis for any work that needed to performed at my residence.

I needed to have a couple of newly installed sump pumps hardwired into my breaker box complete with separate, dedicated electrical outlets. This required installation of a couple of split breakers into my existing panel as there were no remaining slots left.

Henry C was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in his work and explained what he was doing, while answering all of my questions throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone in need of quality electrical work.

One Call Technician Louis R is AMAZING!!! My mom's heat went out and half of the electric in her house was not working on a 30 degree nite. My mom is 83. It required a lot of diagnostics as she has 2 electrical panels and the furnace is 60 years old. He switched the phases so we could get the heat going. Gave us 3 proposal options for furnace replacement as mom is elderly and on limited income. PSEG also was involved when Louis noticed the bottom of the meter was corroded. After PSEG replaced the meter - Louis came back to switch the phases back to their proper panel so all electric has been restored. One Call is prompt, kept their appts, and were able to service earlier than expected. Win Win! Mom is happy, repairs were reasonable and your staff from technicians to customer service are impeccable! I will definitely recommend One Call to anyone in need of service! Thank you! Our company had a great experience with One Call. The office staff was very professional and understood our need to have someone right away. They fit us right in, and sent an EXCELLENT electrician. He was friendly and quick. I would highly recommend them! Will be our go to from now on!
