Kevin came over my house today on an emergency call to repair my central air unit. Not only did he do an excellent job, he went above and beyond to explain everything. He is a wealth of knowledge and a valuable asset to the company. I look forward to seeing him again for my Fall service.

Eduardo and his partner did outstanding work for us on short notice. Even though the original plan couldn’t be completed as designed they didn’t charge me for the extra work they completed. They got the job done right.

They wore masks and booties and completely complied with Covid regulations. They didn’t even disturb my cranky 2 year old who napped during a significant amount of the work. 100% would recommend to anyone in the area.

Kevin was extremely professional and showed up an hour early which is great because it was for the furnace for our rental property. He was very knowledgeable about every question I had and I’d love to have him come back to do the other projects we have in mind for our house.

I could not ask for a more pleasurable experience the guys we very knowledgeable and professional. They were on time and worked in a very professional manner. They also helped me understand exactly what they were doing at all times and treated my house as if it was their own. Thank you to Eduardo Monroy & Javier Cruz. Job they did was upgrading my wiring running new lines to the panel and installed recessed lights. The office staff and Maureen were also a great help and very nice.

I had a great experience with One Call Electrical, Heating and Cooling. Mark and Eduardo were professional, efficient and helpful.
Eduardo installed radiate heating panels to my entire first floor and was
very helpful educating me on what might need repairs in the future. I also
had ceiling fans installed in my living room and kitchen. They look great.

I believe it was Tim. Nevertheless, He was very prompt, professional, and engaging. This person has done work for me before. I am pleased to know He'll perform the new work. The company is reputable and I recommend them to anyone looking to have electrical work done.

From start to finish Eduardo was completely professional. He explained everything in its entirety. Every question was answered with a smile and a demonstration just so we completely understood what was happening. Whenever he was done he cleaned up ( that's a huge plus in my book). His knowledge of how things should work is very impressive. I'm a new home owner and Eduardo was willing to answer every question. There is no doubt that we'll be calling him when other work needs to be done at our home. He came as a recommendation from a relative who had work done, and he lived up to what we heard and more. My Mother asked me if I could find an electrician for her, so I told her I would look for one. After reading reviews for One Call Electrical Heating and air-conditioning I forwarded the contract information to my mother. From the time the first phone call was made it was a great experience. The woman who was the first contact 5*'s the electrician who went to the house is an excellent employee for this company getting 5*'s for professionalism, 5*'s for honestly and 5*'s for excellent work. I never thought I would recommend any company like this. In my family's opinion this company is to get the best rating possible. We would call them for any issue we have and I don't think we will ever need to worry about being ripped off by them.

As always, One Call came through for me. Miguel did a terrific job, worked clean and efficiently. I have been using One Call for years as my "go-to" company in NJ. They have never disappointed.
