Had some sorely needed electrical work done. New upgraded breaker box/service, grounding, and dedicated line to the AC. Eduardo was the best! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.

Our old water heater started leaking and so we needed a brand new one. One Call installed the new water heater and they were professional from the very first phone call all the way up to when the job was completed. Kevin was the one who came by to look at the old water heater and set up and he was friendly and very knowledgeable. Not only did he try to work with our budget but he also took it upon himself to make the finished product look cleaner and aesthetically nice to look at. Now, not only do we have hot water again, the craftmanship Kevin did made our water heater set up in our basement look much neater and professional than it did before.

Two ceiling light fixtures would start blinking when turned on. The technician found the problem and resolved the issue.

One Call Electric Heating and Cooling Service did a phenomenal job! They came to our aid when we had no heat. After being without heat for about three days due to another dragging me along for days saying they were going to come and fix it and never did -I called One Electric company in the morning and they put me on schedule for that day and they came during the window they said they would. They assessed everything and even told us about things that needed to be changed that was not brought to our attention before. Needless to say this company saved us! Tim was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We will be using their company for our future heating and AC needs. I highly recommend them.

Javier Cruz was our technician- he was professional, courteous as well as knowledgeable- we had to have hardwired smoke and carbon detectors switched out and ironed out some other minor electrical issues. I would definitely use One Call again!!!

The technician from One-Call was very professional and he knew all the history of the furnace! He was able to check out all the features needed for the heating season, check the system to make sure it worked properly and then finish the check-up. Any questions I had were answered quickly and politely. In no time at all, Luis was finished and on his way. Another awesome job!

I had such a great experience dealing with One Call! First, I spoke with Maureen, who was an absolute delight. She was able to find a spot on the schedule for me to have a tune up on my heating system.

On the day of my service, Tim called to let me know his arrival time and showed up on schedule. He was so knowledgeable about the system and took his time to educate me on what steps I could take to keep it operating properly. He completed the job and left everything clean and organized.
