Installation of generator at my mom's went smoothly and all the workers were so diligent and respectful. The office staff, Maureen and Jackie excellent too. Hans has expertly led the effort from beginning to end. An excellent and professional company. We would highly recommend them.

Very professional team came out to help us assess installing air conditioning units in our home. The senior advisor was very knowledgeable and thorough. He also helped us assess some pipe problems we were having in our basement. I would highly recommend this business because they seem to know a lot about the industry of heating and cooling. They also arrived in a very shiny and well-maintained truck which impressed me.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with One Call. I was familiar with them from work and so I called Mark and asked him for a price on replacing the furnace in my home. His people came over and measured my home and discussed what was needed with me. He refused to sell me more than what I needed. His tech was on-time and very courteous. Tim (who did the installation) went above and beyond the call and did an excellent job! I have found the company to be honest and reliable and my house is warm and cozy!

Tim and Luis were very friendly and knowledgeable about the HVAC system. They told me EVERYTHING I needed to know and have got my system at The Jewelry Design Lab working very smoothly! They'll also be responsible for maintenance and will be using them for all future electrical projects as well! Highly recommended and excellent customer experience!

I have been a One Call customer for years. Their service and professionalism is first rate. Besides using them for electrical maintenance and repairs, and HVAC servicing, they also installed my electrical panel, ny water heater, and my furnace and central air conditioner. They are extremely reliable. I have always been 100% satisfied with their services and friendly staff and I recommend them highly.

I could not have been more satisfied with my electrical service upgrade to our garage. Eduardo Monroy came to my home to do an estimate and explained everything to me in detail. I chose to use One Call Electrical because I used them in the past and was very satisfied. Eduardo arrived on time to do the service, explained to me again what he was going to do and was very meticulous about leaving my home in the same condition as it was when he arrived. He was extremely courteous and also showed me everything he did before he left. Kevin was with him and he was very polite also. What a terrific experience this was. Thank you Eduardo and Kevin. They did an great job putting in the generator. Very professional, very nice and helpful they cleaned up I definitely and highly recommend. They made sure to get me power on while they work so my mom can use her oxygen with no worries they knew exactly what they were doing. Thank you so much

Eduardo and Javier from One Call did a fantastic job with the electrical work in our house. We had them redo our electrical service panel and install a number of fixtures and fans in the house. They took the time to explain carefully what they were doing and made sure that we were comfortable with everything. They even had some additional suggestions for improving the lighting in our family room area that we hadn't considered before, and the new lighting really transformed the room! We were very pleased with all of the work that was done and highly recommend them. They really went above and beyond for us.

I had a great experience with One Call. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. I had Kevin come out to install Nest thermostats. He did a great job that was really clean and professional. He really knows a lot about the Nest thermostat and walked me through the setup and its different functions. He answered all my questions about my heating/cooling units. I really recommend this company. They really work with you and explain everything throughly.
