Awesome guys, super polite we thought we had a problem at home but they came over and they did an extremely simple fix. Because it was an extremely simple fix they did not charge us for the visit. Will definitely call again, super impressed by their professionalism and willingness to charge a fair price.

A-Absolute Plumbers NJ is providing the best plumbing services in Roselle, NJ. Last month, I needed a plumber with an urgent issue on Sunday. I called A-absolute, the customer service was very friendly & very manageable. They made an appointment immediately & the plumber arrived at my home within 30min. I was very impressed with their awesome services & also due to they were came on Sunday. I would highly recommend them to all.

Horrible experience. Called for a dripping sound in my bathroom and was told between 5 and 7 the next day. Called that morning to see if they had an earlier time and was told 3. Left work early came home and it is now 8:30 pm and I am still waiting for a plumber. Unbelievable. Every time I called I got the run around about them being caught up on jobs and they are behind. The dispatcher even stated they would call me back to update me and never did, I had to call. I asked their operating times said they work until 10 pm. Not happening when I have to be at work the next day and I have a plumber coming to my house at 10 pm. I am not happy about this experience at all.

Called this morning for a plumbing issue. The office stated they would send someone within 3 hours. Dom came out within the time frame. The office even called me to inform that he would arrive within 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable, courteous and personable. He was patient with my requests and professional. He went above and beyond. I would call him again.

Terrific experience with A-Absolute Plumbing. We had a backed up kitchen sink which then backed up down the basement and we had a flood on Easter evening. Called Absolute and Marcus was ringing our bell within 30 minutes of our call. He was so knowledgeable and knew just what the problem was. He was so congenial and fixed the problem in a jiffy. Would definitely call Absolute AND request Marcus again should we ever have a problem. Thank you again.

Wonderful service. Very nice. But unfortunately they're not in business anymore. They're affiliated with Gold medal plumbing with whom I'm not happy with and will NEVER use again because of their unwillingness to replace a pipe that they broke. They chose to put some kind of boot on instead of replacing the small section of pipe they had to replace. I priced the pipe at home Depot and it was $3 and change. I hope it was worth it for them to lose a customer. Like I said A Absolute was great when they were unfiliated with Gold Medal!

I would never recommend using this company. They do not diagnose any problems, they simply charge you to tell you your furnace is broken and sell you a new one. When Dom came he was able to get power to our furnace but after that didn't turn the air back on he immediately told us our unit was dead. He continued to tell us that it wasn't repairable and that we needed to buy a brand new furnace. About an hour after him leaving my husband went back to the furnace and continued to try to fix it. After messing around more with the wires our air started working again. So our furnace wasn't BROKEN nor did it need to be replaced. Happy to say that we didn't purchase a brand new furnace!

I called Absolute yesterday to fix a leak in the bathroom. They sent Eddie right away. He came within the hour, diagnosed my problem, set up to come back first thing in the morning with the parts. He came back first thing, fixed the issue and I was extremely satisfied. The problem was fixed. He was very professional and left my bathroom clean. I highly recommend using this company.

When we bought a new heater ($8800 ) last year ,we were told that the first tune-up was part of the price . Now ,we are told that "they" never heard of such a thing & even though we are in their computer ,they asked "Are you sure that you bought the heater from us?' !!! Then ,they claimed that the installer ,who no longer works for them, should not have said that & besides he was ONLY a helper, yet he did the whole installation,. The heater seems to be a good heater & the installer was very nice Do not trust these people to stand by their word !

We’ve used A-Absolute twice in one week, for two unrelated issues: one dealing with our kitchen sink and the other our bathtub. Each time they had someone out in a matter of hours and the issues were resolved in under an hour. We’re happy we found A-Absolute Plumbing. We will definitely use them again in the future.
