Preferred Plus Plumbing,Cooling,&Heating

Matt and his team are excellent. My water heater started leaking and it was a mess. I called a few places and felt I was speaking to a customer service rep. I thank God I found Preferred Plus-Matt who is the owner picked up the phone..and was at a job already. He took the time to find the heater that I needed to replaced/installed. He got right back to me with price and he was able to install it the same day. He explained everything it was replaced no mess. No issues definitely a must. Great price too. Thank you Matt and your team. Very professional!

When our HVAC system was on the ropes, Preferred was recommended to my wife & I in our local forum. After reaching out, Matt came by to assess the situation with our system and we decided it was time for a new one to get installed.
Professional, knowledgable, and efficient, Matt and his co-workers came to install an entirely new HVAC unit and they knocked it out of the park! I have 2 boilers for radiator heating and I've been having some lingering issues with one of them. Matt and his co-worker did an exceptional job with doing maintenance, cleaning, and replacing a large pipe that was leaking on one of the boilers. He also quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with the pressure and was able to repair it. He is friendly, infromative, easy to communicate with, on time, and has decent pricing. I definitely found my go to plumber and would call him again. Highly recommended.

I’d highly recommend Matt (owner) for anyone looking for plumbing service. He installed my sump pump with water powered back up, serviced my water heater, and hooked up my gas grill. He was very professional and responsive. Also, he provided a very fair quote compared to a couple other local providers. Our central air stopped working yesterday and it was 88 degrees in here. Not good for me as I have Emphysema.

We called Preferred Plus this morning and Matt Carr said he would be right over.

Based on a recommendation, I called Matt Carr of Preferred Plumbing to fix some issues with my steam and hot water radiator systems. I was very satisfied with his work. Have called him a few times since then to do more work and not just hvac. He installed a backup sump pump and a vent pipe to the roof.
Again, very happy with his work and quite reasonable. And he really knows how to fix these types of issues!

I hired Preferred Plus to help with some HVAC issues and to install new Smart Thermostats in my 1930's colonial house. Matthew was a true professional, and did an incredible job with the entire installation. He is a true expert and is very fair with his prices; I highly recommend him for any HVAC and plumbing issues that you may have. I will most definitely be using him again in the future.
