Omar from BAC was excellent. He came to evaluate what we thought was a furnace issue. The furnace needed some maintenance, but he actually identified a larger issue with the gas line. This ended up becoming a potentially emergency situation, which involved our gas company tearing up the street within an hour of calling due to a gas leak in the street. If Omar didn’t properly diagnose the issue, this could’ve become a serious situation. We are very thankful for his help and thoroughness. 5 stars all around.

Danny was amazing to work with. His response time to call back and do the job was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend BAC and will use them for all my needs in the future.

Quick and professional! Was able to come the same day I called. Had to come back a second time for an unknown but related AC issue… showed up first thing the next morning and fixed our problem and made sure our unit was fully functional.

Danny is a pleasant technician, He tried everything to get my central air to work, but, the compressor is shot. Next step. The estimate, I pray they can install a new unit this week..its.90 degrees in my house and I have a handicapped husband bedridden in this extreme heat.

I’d give 6 stars if I could. This was the second time Mike has serviced our home and he was just as courteous and professional as the first visit. Answered all of my questions and did a very thorough job as well as provided suggestions on how to keep the system running efficiently. I will not hesitate to use Brighton again if needed.

Brighton Air Corp came to the rescue once again. They are always responsive and the technicians are always friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They found the issue very quickly with my AC unit and fixed it right away. I highly recommend BAC!

Dan was very professional, knowledgeable and showed great customer service. He listened to my needs for a new whole house A/C system and did a thorough analysis of the project. He made me feel comfortable and confident to provide me with a quality, reliable service. I look forward to working with him on this project. Sign a A/C & duct installation agreement thousands dollars less than other estimates. Look forward to installation in a couple of weeks. I’d give him a 6 star rating.
