Kevin is the absolute best! We had a complex AC installation and he did a fantastic job. He did it the right way, was extremely communicative throughout the process, and went above and beyond for us. We were new to the area and got the referral for Matrix from our neighbor. Hiring Kevin was the best decision we made and we will recommend Matrix Heating and Cooling to everyone!

My A/C broke one day, and I called Matrix. I did have warranty but their techs were busy so they suggested to call my own and then I will be reimbursed. Issue was with 2 small parts that got rusted ($50 value), the charge was $580. I did not care about it much, as I thought to be reimbursed, and Ok'ed the job.Well, the Matrix tech in convo with my warranty told them that I did not maintain the unit, supplied pics to them of the unit being dirty ( 22 years being outdoor), and I got denied. I felt cheated and I felt Matrix had their own interest but not mine. The unit was fixed in 25 mins.Cost over $500.

A friend recommended I call Matrix after we had several other companies over and none of could fix the problem. (they seemed more interested in selling us a new system.) Kevin came and found and fixed the system the first time at a very reasonable price. We appreciate great service and would recommend Matrix for any of your heating and cooling needs.

I had a HVAC system installed by Matrix heating and cooling. My system was 10 yrs old and was very inefficient. Kevin came and gave me an estimate and sold me on a very efficient system. They did a SUPER job. They give me a free estimate and Great Price.The system installed even lowered my electric bill. saving me more $$$.They are Professional, Fair and when the install is complete the work area is let clean. Our furnace was going into total failure, even the thermostats. Kevin came in, gave a full evaluation of the system and let us know our options. Instead of selling us an entire furnace as some tried to do, we were given various scenarios in how to get us back up and running. Kevin was very economical, thorough, and got us back up and running with no issues. He knows his stuff, he is fair, and we give him our full trust.

Responsive, knowledgeable and even offered some useful advice over the phone instead of charging me for a visit. I must have called 10 other local HVAC companies to try to schedule an appointment, and they either didn't answer, didn't respond or spoke with me and said they would get back to me and never did.
