I use Good Tidings service in the last 20 some years. This morning, my hot water tank gave out on me. I called and get the same day replacement. Great and quality job from Jay and his partner. I also had them installed Halo water filter for the entire household 10 years ago, therefore, I do not have to buy bottle water. Good Tidings company provides very reliable and quality service as always. I appreciated very much for their responsiveness for my urgent request even on Sunday morning.

From Day 1, we were treated with respect, honesty and professionalism! Stephen came to our house and explained what we needed for our size house as far as ac/furnace goes, and we just had this feeling from him that he was going to take care of us so we trusted him and we were right! Dave, Stephen, Luke, Ian and Jose treat people the way they would want to be treated, and then some! They go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied! WE are very satisfied with Good Tidings and recommend them to anyone who wants to sleep peacefully and worry free!

Luke and Brian from Good Tidings were wonderful. From the moment I called with my leak emergency Luke was able to help me and have his colleague Brian come out within 90 minutes to help solve our issue. Brian was wonderful and professional. We had our water heater blow at 4am. Good Tidings was at our home by 10:30am with new water heaters for us to chose from and the working replacement installed within 2 hours! I called this company because I had an issue with the main pipe being clogged. The woman on the phone, Kelly, was extremely responsive and professional. She called me to follow up that the plumber, Rob Clark, would be there in a small window of time. Rob Clark was extremely helpful; he took the time to explain everything that happened with the pipe. After that, he shared an estimate which was a lot more reasonable than the other plumbers in the past. He, then, unclogged the drain quickly, and he and his partner made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. This was one of the best home repair services I’ve ever received. I definitely will recommend Good Tidings to anyone I know!

From my first contact with the office to make an appointment to the minute Rob & Nick left after completing the work, I was so impressed with the professionalism, personal touch and knowledge they exhibited… their ability to diagnose and resolve my problem in a timely manner was truly a breath of fresh air… totally unlike other plumbers I contacted who seem to put small jobs on the back burner.
