Our boiler recently cracked (right before the cold is coming in). We called Good Tidings on a Saturday afternoon and they were at our house within 1 hour.
Upon learning we needed a brand new boiler Good Tidings was available the very next day to install. Their technicians arrived at our house promptly the next morning and did an excellent job installing the new boiler. Their employees were extremely courteous and did an excellent job cleaning up.
Steven M. was extremely helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the new system and had excellent knowledge of the heater.

After assessing the job, Dave proceeded to offer me various pricing options for the repairs I needed. He was thorough in his explanation of the repairs he would make. Dave was exceedingly professional and responsive to all my questions. Good Tidings completed my job in reasonable time, did highly professional work and left my home as clean as they found it. We had excellent service from Good Tidings! Our air conditioner broke during the hottest week of the year. We had another company come in, charge us, and tell us nothing was wrong but it was still broken. Thankfully, Good Tidings came in and within an hour was able to tell us exactly what was wrong and fix our air conditioner! They did an excellent job explaining everything and talking us through reasonable pricing options. We'll definitely be using them again!

We had a great experience with Good Tidings and have already recommended the company to friends. We had an issue with our cast iron baseboard system leaking and Good Tidings sent a gentlemen who was knowledgeable on cast iron. He was able to fix the problem rather than replace the entire system. The prices were very reasonable and they were extremely professional.

Good Tidings was helpful from the time I first scanned their new website (easy to navigate and you see all the plumbers right there lined up in front of their pretty trucks). I discussed the project with Luke who was responsive and helpful setting up an appointment - then they called the day of, to let me know Steve was on the way. Steve and I went over the details of the project and they were very accommodating and helpful with pricing and the job (still in progress_ is so far very satisfactory) - 5 stars!

Steve did an amazing job. He was here in a timely manner, kept us informed of the problem and work that needed to be done, was polite and kept the work area clean. The problem was resolved quickly. Steve was very knowledgeable and friendly during his visit. He took great care of our home and did an excellent job with the repair. We are both happy and pleased with his service and the treatment we received while he was working with us.
