The price of $1600.00 was 2 high for replacing two water valves that went outside to water the lawn. The technician Didn’t check for leaks he just ask me and took my word for what the problem was and I am not a plumber. I took a wench and tighten the nut on the front water value and it stop leaking. I would have like it more if more interest in my problem was involved.

If you want your time wasted then this is the company for you!! I scheduled an appointment with them on Tuesday at 10am. The repairman comes to check my two hot heaters. He looks at them for a few seconds then tells me that he has to call their dispatch and that someone else will be by around 12pm to do the work. I wait around until 12pm and no one shows. So I call their dispatch and the woman tells me that someone should be by in the next hour or so. At 1pm, I call and am told that their guy is swamped and she is not sure when he will get to me. We reschedule for Wednesday between 12-2pm. After no one shows at that time on Tuesday, I call at 2:30pm to be told the worker is backed up and they are not sure what time the worker would get there. I tell her to cancel the appointment. Less than two minutes later a man calls me and apologizes and states that a repairman will come first thing on Thursday at 9am. Noone ever showed. No call back, NOTHING!! I called back again the next Tuesday and am told by the same woman (who recognized my address from the previous calls) that someone would come by shortly and she would call me back. I call back two and half hours later to be told that she doesn't know what happened and she would get back to me. Noone has gotten back to me. That was four hours ago. Found another plumber. These guys are terrible. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen!!

I always use these guys for our projects. Prices are right in line for the size of their outfit. They have enough guys to give me same day service. One project needed a return visit which they did immediately even though I already paid them in full. I have dealt with companies that once they are paid there is 0 chances they will come back to address an issue. This is a company that cares about their work.

Our home was built in 1925 with a lead water service line coming from the city main.

On Tuesday night, that pipe snapped 5 inches into our basement. Fortunately, our basement wasn’t finished and we had a drain right underneath where it had snapped.

I reached out to many plumbers for emergency service but none were able to do anything Tuesday Night, both A J Perri and Rescue plumbing & HVAC.

I went out and purchased a shark bite with a value to try and stop the leak, which only worked to stop the water from running. But being that it was a lead pipe, the fitting wasn’t quite right.

Wednesday morning I called upon JPs Plumbing and A-Absolute Plumbing, as well as Suez Water for info on who I can reach out to because our water line didn’t have a street side valve, but Suez wasn’t helpful.

QJPs Plumbing was knowledgeable and knew how to fix the issue. But they called me back with a quote mid day Thursday.

When it came to A-Absolute Plumbing, they too knew how to fix the issue but also knew how much it would cost me on the spot, they took care of city permits, police and road closure payments, as well as Suez Wet Water Tap (which A-Absolute Plumbing had the tools for but in the city of Bayonne, Suez has to do it).

I signed with them on the spot and they moved mountains to get emergency city permits as well as getting everything to start bright and early the next day.

We were scheduled to start at 7am, they got here at 6:30 ready to start at 7 with no delays. Job was completed by 4:30pm with passing inspection.

I might also add, Suez was 3hours late for the water tap, but knowing this happens, A-Absolute knew you get that ready for them first thing before they do their other work, so it didn’t even delay them. That’s good Site Supervision and Project Management.

This was also A hot and humid July 3rd day right before the 3 day holiday break.

Tips for anyone going through this!
1. Call A-Absolute!
2. Stop by General Plumbing Supply and pick up a compression fitting.
3. Sit back and watch how fast these guys tear up the street, replace the pipe, fill up the street and leave like nothing ever happened.

Dont waste your time with these people, i had no heat for a day and I waited a few hours for them to look at my furnace for 5 mins so they can then tell me I needed to replace it for $3500.00 according to them it could not be repaired..... well 2 hours later and a different plumber it was repaired for $175.00.... not every call has to be a home run for your guy's! Stay away from these guys you are better off....

On time. Trustworthy. Water coming out of the washing machine pipe. I’ve called two other well known companies in the past for the same problem. I’ve over payed and they never completed the job. I found Absolute on google they came ASAP and gave us a reasonable quote and fixed the issue.Professional, Caring, Knowledgeable guys!!!!

They didn’t show up at the time they gave me. When I’d call, they’d say the repairman would be here in an hour (2x). At 9pm they rescheduled for 8am and promised to be here at that time. Their tech finally arrived at 8:45, and was able to diagnose the problem and get the A/C working.

So I scheduled the guy to come back to replace a safety sensor Tuesday morning. At noon they called to say they were running late... I called at 1:30pm to see if they were on the way. They said they'd be there at 3:30., I called at 6pm to see if they were still coming (every time they said I was next on the list and it wasn't a hot day). He said he would be there at 9pm and promised they'd come. They never showed. I'm done being jerked around.
Oh and they told me a $50 part would cost $300. Always get a 2nd opinion!

Used absolute at my house. Water heater was leaking. They replaced the water heater the same day and great price. Office staff was very helpful on shutting my water off to help prevent damage. They even came out this week with everything going on. Great company

Very unprofessional & hiked the price of Freon from $150 to $850 per pound. Cannot trust them.
Charged us $650 to replace an AC contactor for which the average price is $110-$225
Total rip off. Beware before using their services

A little update. So I called the maker of my furnace to replace the valve that that A-Absolute wouldn't do then the guy who works for the furnace company goes into my attic and just attached a couple wires and it works great! I can't believe this fraudulent company suggested that I replace the whole furnace for over $10,000! A-Absolute is an Absolute scam... Dishonest need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau,
