Dani from A Absolute Plumbing was very professional and efficient. He helped repair a broken cast iron pipe and snake out a drain clog in our home. They had all the tools and they did everything in a timely manner. I would definitely refer them. They are stand up and reliable not to mention their knowledge of the problem was impeccable. Thanks A Absolute for your help and diligence!

Had a drain cleanse January 26th Sunday night cleared the sink for $415. Then 78 days later same back up and re charged to have the same drain re done again. Be ware they do not stand behind their work. Other plumber I called gave a 12 month guarantee for the drain seems fair. Will never use them again hate getting ripped off

We sure lucked out when we called A-Absolute Plumbing, to help with a sink disaster last Sunday afternoon. Ed came to help us out and he was great!!! Knowledgeable, respectful, punctual, professional, focused, and I also liked his dry sense of humor. It's an old house and Ed had to use his keen skills to make everything fit properly, but he was successful, and it worked out beautifully. We are so grateful to have a fully functional sink again, and if need be, we will be sure and call A-Absolute.

My boiler was leaking and Absolute came out right away and fixed it. The customer service rep that I was speaking to was very polite and made scheduling the appointment very easy. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company. 5 stars !

Worst service experienced. The guy who came was not competent to find the problem in the heating system. Instead was looking to find the way to convince us to replace totally furnace for $10000. Finally, he left with no service provided (winter time outside) and charged us $225 just for the appointment. Next day we called another service. They repaired for 10 min, just cleaned up the pipe delivering the gas. We were told that the furnace is fine and will be working for 10 more years.

They are price gouging! They quoted us $1,200
For a kitchen faucet! Told us it would only be $600 to install if we bought the faucet on our own! We did that, gave them a deposit and then found out that we could get it installed for $159
from Lowe’s! I immediately stopped payment on my check and called them to complain and cancel! Do not use this company!
They are thieves!!

Absolutely won't recommend because of the unprofessional Customer Service. I had an appointment between 8 and 9. Called at 7:30 to confirm, even got a call around 9 saying they will be there within the hour. I called back several hours later to check arrival time. The customer service first tells me she has no record of my call, then she tells me they were here already and provided me with an estimate. I was trying to tell her no one ever showed up and I have no heat. She then laughed at me. I understood sending service to the wrong house but will not accept laughing at people in distress. Having no heat in record breaking cold temperatures is not funny. I've cancelled my "be there within an hour appointment" and went to a different company.
Lesson learned....Never trust the first listing in a phone book and if no respect is felt for your call for help...ABSOLUTELY HANG UP!

I called absolute plumbing for an appointment and the girl I spoke to on the phone, was one of the nicest people I’ve ever spoke to. The customer service was outstanding. They answered all my questions; and gave me every single detail. Then, they arrived exactly at the time they said they would. The gentleman that arrived was nice, and personable. I recommend this plumbing company to everyone and anyone! Will def use you guys again!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. They came by to give an AC quote for Freon and a leak test at over 3x the local AC company (Ideal refridgeration in Morris plains). I told them i was not going to go ahead with any work and they charged my credit card $212 for not even coming into the house or doing any resemblance of work. The owner and receptionist noted that i would not be charged but here i am disputing a $212 charge.
Avoid at all costs as they may scam you. They told me they needed my credit card for a “deposit” to come back. When i asked the guy how he knew what the issue was without any work or diagnostics he confidently said “been doing this for over 20 years”. Scammers!!

Marcus came out to repair a burst pipe and replace one of the shut off valves from the main line today. He had to wedge himself into a crawl space underneath the house in order to avoid opening up our walls and I couldn’t be more grateful for his efforts. Took the time to explain everything that he was doing start to finish and his price estimate was pretty much spot on. All said and done the price was reasonable and the work was top notch. Would be more than happy to call Absolute and Marcus specifically if I need any service in the future.
