Unbelievable experience with this company. They seem like they want to help & provide good service. My ordeal was pricey , they wouldn't honor a price that was quoted because I couldn't find my copy of the receipt . They had a copy & still charged me an extra $300. ,The work wasn't done right...so dispatcher had to send another Tech who did the job properly & professional. Which ultimately cost way too much. I pray that they will work better in the future

We had a problem with our water supply and there was no water coming to the house. A-Absolute plumbing (I literally just looked them up on line and called) were absolutely great. They were extremely responsive and had somebody at our door in an hour. The gentleman (Earl) was very experienced and knowledgeable. He exactly figured out what the problem was and fixed it immediately. I would recommend A-Absolute plumbing . When you have a plumbing problem, you need fast, reliable and quality service. Looks like they get full marks on all of these .

I called this company this morning and they set up an appointment in 30 min. 2 min after the appointment time the phone rings and the office rep tells me the tech is in my drive way.
I believe his name was Lam. He came in, gave me some prices I actually don’t like at all, but hey, I called them and they gave me their price, which I find fair game regardless if I like it or not. Bottom line is the tech was punctual, honest, steered me in the right direction and after his visit and advise I was able to fix one of the issues myself.

Tech made 4 trips from truck to outdoor AC unit. Took 20 minutes. Replaced $24 part. Charged $450. Broke the next day. Today, only two days after supposed “repair”, two calls asking for a refund based on their one year guarantee have been unanswered.
UPDATE: Tried to work with Gil. He insisted on sending out another tech. This one was unable to fix the problem (I even had to lend him my multimeter to check voltage!) Offered to refund my guaranteed $450 if I spent $5k to replace the outdoor unit. Wow.
Found another company that only replaced the compressor for under $2k. Still no refund on their "guarantee."
UPDATE2: They were good enough to refund over half of their first visit. Now that seems fair for a failed 20 minute visit. My experience shows they are good/fast at dispatching, but they are expensive

Horrible company to work with. Long story short: I had to get some minor plumbing work done. I was given an estimate and was quoted $250 after the plumber looked at the problem. It seemed like a reasonable price and I didn't want to waste more time getting other estimates. I told him to work on it. He returned a few hours later.

The job took about 40 minutes. He left everything extremely messy. But no big deal, I can clean up I guess.

When he wrote the bill, it was $450!!!

I was in shock. His reasoning, there were unexpected obstacles and he spent more time than he anticipated..

I offered to pay $250. He refused and told me that his company will come after me and will likely take me to court if I don't pay in full in 30 days.

Such a shady shady company. Shame on you!

Clogged sewer line. They thoroughly explained the issue, where it was and what needed to be done. They showed up on time and got to work. Discovered an unexpected septic tank open and full. They were able to get a truck to promptly arrive and pump the tank. They filled the tank and continued the initial job. I was surprised and pleased with how quickly they completed the job.
Great techs, great service and great office.

A-Absolute and their technician Jean were terrific. He helped us resolve a problem with our gas pipe line. He was super professional, provided us with a great price, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would use their services again if needed.

This is a high quality business. My tech Mike Prince is very knowledgeable and extremely polite. He always goes the extra mile to satisfy the client. I been using these guys for a while now and NEVER had a problem. I would recommend them to anyone. You might save a few dollars with someone else but you won't receive the high quality of work I guarantee it. It's like a steak dinner you want tbone you pay a little more if you want chuck go with the other guy. I love tbones.

I had an emergency and when I called, they came the same day. After a representative arrived; I was told that they'd send someone else out the next day who specialized in steam pipes (or something like that). Well I received a call afterwards saying they would send someone else out that same evening. He arrived and the work was completed the next day (yesterday 1/28/20). They were professional and took into account that I didn't have heat so there were a sense of urgency and consideration on their part. The overall experience was a good one and kept my stress level down. I will be using them again soon.

Called for a steam pipe to be replaced. Told me they’d meet me at a certain time. Turns out it was “a time frame” fine. I waited for an additional 3 hours and was quoted $2300!!! $2300 for a job that cost $700.00!!!! Okay, but heck no!!! I hate wasting my time and then the nerve to offer me that type of quote!! Two other companies quoted $700 and $650! This place is a rip off and does not respect your time! Never again!
