This is a terrible company! Please, don’t contact and have any business . The only thing we needed from them was a plumber repair estimate, and we needed it ASAP!!! We scheduled them in the morning and plumber came 1.5 hours late. (And ruined our day, as we do work!). We paid right after and waited for the quote for three days. On the fourth day it the morning after calling them they said it’s gonna be ready at noon, after calling them at noon they said it will be after 3pm, after we complained we can’t wait they said to wait till 5 pm or tomorrow. They never called us and appologozed for delay! We want our money back!!!

I recently hired A-Absolute Plumbing NJ for fixture repairs in our new condo we bought last month. The repairs & their Customer Service was excellent. The guy they sent was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly the price was good as well. There is NO DOUBT that I will Hire these guys again if needed.

The man was very nice came out on emergency need. Could not fix said call company on demand hot water system. Said weeks to get part. We called another plumer after he left had it going in 30 min cost 75 $ not 800 as stated by other plumer if he fixed it

Fixed AC in house, it worked for a while then quit when temp was 95 outside on a weekend. Called A-Absolute someone was at my home in less than 1 hour. Worked 2-3 hours and fixed it, no charge! That’s what I call standing behind your work. The repair person was clean, careful, and COVID conscious. Explained everything. Well done!! Thanks A-Absolute!

This company is not just a plumber but also a builder.

This company’s customer service is utterly revolting. When we requested for a repair on the leaking roof above our unit in a condo building that they built in 2013, it’s as if we were being ignored. We made several phone calls, sent multiple email messages, of which none were ever responded to. Not even an acknowledgement nor a courtesy call back.

When they finally came out to inspect the problem on the roof, the guy they sent only spent a few minutes. He didn’t do a thorough inspection and basically just stared at the defective wall and ceiling - he also went up the ceiling, shined his flashlight on the roof here and there, then provided a couple of speculations thereafter. After that, it took them another couple of weeks to give us a vague status, they didn’t even come out to work on it during that whole time.

Gil Adoni is a horrible manager of this company. He has zero amount of sense of urgency and has no sense whatsoever of customer service. Whenever we called his office to ask for a status on the roof repair, the receptionist’s script was always, “He’ll call you back.” He never did. We only always got bad excuses. He made no effort to reach out. He just didn’t care at all. His employees never knew anything about my concern. His company literally just took the buyers’ money and ran. We received an atrocious kind of after sale customer care for the defects of the building that this company built.

I have used them several times. One time we didn’t know how to put on the heat when we first got the house and the plumber came in and told us what to do step by step and how to maintain it. I called them last night because the boiling was leaking. My husband fixed it before they came. They always come the same day and are reliable.

They came on a Sunday to clear a sewage pipe in our basement , we knew it would be more because it was a Sunday. The guy who came wanted $650.00 plus tax for one hour of work. We offered $450 cash and our final offer was $500.00 and he declined. We knew bis prices were too much and we knew even if he went down to $500 it was still too much. We called my aunt’s plumber and he is did it for $300.00 . I don’t trust this company , the guy even had the nerve to ask us if we owned our home.

Horrible. Totally unprofessional. Needed to replace my air conditioning system. I narrowed it down to two models the Carrier Comfort Series and Ruud Achiever as a replacement model. I phoned today to ask two basic questions--What did the A-Absolute think of these models? And would they recommend one over the other. This is a basic question. The guy told me he worked in the office and did not know. So I wanted to speak with someone in the office who would know about the products. He refused to take a message, and get someone else to help. He cost their company thousands of dollars. I took my business elsewhere. And will never do business with A-Absolute in the future.

Matt came out and was very good. Matt replaced kitchen faucet and the plumbing under the sink. He also replaced the bathroom sink and toilet. Matt was professional and efficient. He explained in detsils the work he performed and any information that was needed to maintain the performance of the items. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.
