A month ago I called in for a service repair, and the technician said that micro temp fuse was burned out. A month after the same problem occurred then a different technician came named Angle Garcia and he did a full inspection on furnace and he explained what was the problem. Angle was very cooperative and polite, I recommend him 100%. Thank you for your service.

Saw the great reviews so we called the company. They sent someone from a different company (2 stars review) for service. They charged the diagnostic fee when other companies we checked directly told us over the phone.

From the outset, everyone we dealt with at First Choice was professional, courteous, efficient and timely. Our existing 25+ year old a/c condenser and furnace were barely breathing and from calling for an appointment for an estimate, to meeting with Joe, to scheduling installation, to actual installation with Jeff and Gene, to having our unlined chimney lined (which they set up for us) the project was done, first phone contact through completion, in under a week (5 business days)! Joe explained different options for us, Jeff and Gene showed up, worked diligently for the install and left without a trace of them being here (except for the new system)! Everyone we've spoken to at First Choice with some questions since the installation has been wonderfully responsive and helpful, with special kudos to service tech Justin who came by to check the humidifier we also had installed with the system and who simply couldn't have been a better guy! We would have no hesitation recommending First Choice to anyone needing a/c and heating work.
