First Choice Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

I just had a Central Air Conditioning system replaced. Joe from sales explained what he thought our needs were after the old system we had for 36 years gave up. The advice was appreciated and helpful in making our decision. His experience and professionalism were obvious. Jeff and his crew were fantastic installers. I’ve worked for a major public utility for 40+ years and never seen a crew work this hard and care about their craftsmanship. My new ductwork and central air installation is a work of art. Unfortunately at this point I only had the system for less than a week so I can’t fully comment on the Rheem system quality and value but I expect great things after research and will follow-up with another review after we used it a while. I will ask First Choice to come back for annual servicing and re balance the system as needed after we use it for a while. We are waiting for the 90 degree days for a true full test of the system but I expect great things after the beautiful installation. I looked at 3 contractors before I found First Choice. This team is very professional and does great work.

Matt called and said he'd be at my home in 15/20 minutes. Right on time. Very friendly courteous knowledgeable efficient and clean. All questions were answered with confidence. He obviously knows what he's doing. It was a pleasure. Thank you Matt!. A/C tune-up scheduled for May.

Angel Garcia came within an hour of my service call. He spent time finding the issue and was very thorough in doing so. He explained exactly what was causing the issue and assured me I was good to go. He was right because everything is functioning properly. Thanks Angel

We had an emergency with out furnace and Gerard came out right away to discuss our options. Gerard took his time and explained things thoroughly and he even showed us pictures on his laptop of the products and examples of many jobs they have done similar to what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, respectful and professional. He coordinated with the main office and e-mailed us all the information we needed within the hour. I’ve used First Choice before for my air conditioning; and, I was thrilled to get such prompt service so we don’t have to go without heat.

We just had a new Top of the Line Trane Heating and AC installation done in our home using the PSE&G Program. PSE&G sent a Sales Rep from First Choice AC, Heating and Plumbing. Gerard (Sales Rep) came over and fully explained the program and what was needed for my job. He was so knowledgeable and patient and truly knew every aspect of his job and explained it to me in a way that even I understood and never once tried to talk me into anything. When we decided to do the job, they took care of the entire process in less than a week. The technicians were absolutely amazing, polite and also very neat and meticulous during installation. After the job was done Jeff explained to me how the entire system worked. I would definitely rate First Choice a 5 star and would recommend them to family and friends in a heartbeat.

Angel arrived on time and did another great service call for our Trane AC. We are also Heating customers so we always try to request Angel. He knows our equipment and is always very thorough and professional.

Vanessa is always helpful when we have scheduling needs. We’ve had to call on weekends and even then the team responds quickly and the technicians are always super.

We are so happy with our central A/C, installed 2 years ago . Bruno figured out my problem in just a few minutes with my thermostat.
It was just a technical issue easy to fix.

Motor fan was making very loud noise and fan would stop running. Called and got booked and appointment next day. My man Bruno came both times, first looking at the issue. Second time when the parts came in and he repaired the motor. Bruno arrived during both windows provided, was friendly and fixed my issue. All in all it took about a week to get the part they said I needed (was business days) but even the part arrived when they said it would. Professional. Thank you!
