This company preformed beyond my expectations. The service technician, Angel Garcia was professional, experienced, and an expert in his craft. 1 of out our 2 HVAC units was not functioning properly for heat, when Angel arrived early and on time, I was allowed to follow along as he troubleshooted the unit. He explained and guided me through the process all while remaining courteous and easy to talk to. We reached the gas valve and it was clearly not functioning, Angel could have stopped there and many companies would to make a nice sale, but Angel kept digging deeper to find an issue with the gas.

This is a great company with honest people, who put their customers first. They have earned my trust for all service issues moving forward.

Bruno arrived when expected and efficiently diagnosed the problem with my AC. Replaced the part and now my house is cool and comfortable.

I wanted the quote for a hybrid heat pump system. First choice sent Joe. He came in on time, took time to explain me the differences between Heat Pump and AC, and also explained me the differences between the systems that are available and options that I have. There was no pressure to sell. He made this company my first choice to replace my AC with the heat pump.

I recently made an urgent service call to First Choice. Our system was down and on a day with 90 degree temperatures in the forecast. Vanessa scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Angel arrived on time and promptly fixed the problem. Thanks to you both… Ed - Metuchen.

Received multiple AC Quotes for a AC new system needed, and First Choice not only had the best price, but was by far the most professional and upfront about the install process, permits, and the process itself. We spoke on the phone a few times with the manager to get a sense of what was wrong and how it would be fixed, which helped ease our concerns. The installers Bruno and Andre were excellent and I really appreciate them staying late into the evening to get the job done, thank you!!!

Gerard was great to deal with. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner and gave me options to consider. When I'm ready to upgrade my HVAC system, I'm going with First Choice.

I'm happy to share that after having several HVAC companies, First Choice knew exactly how to get ductwork to an area complicated by cathedral ceilings. Joseph Lacle' listened and came up with a solution. The workers from First Choice were efficient, clean and pleasant. It hasn't been hot, but so far everything has been working properly.

We have installed new boiler last year from 1st Choice Heating and Cooling. I had issue with uniform heating across all the radiators. The company send Angel Garcia to help fix the issue.
Angel very meticulous and patiently looked at each radiators to ensure they are in proper order.
I found him very dedicated to the work he does and from my experiences with other technicians, he exceeds all expectations with his work ethic and knowledge!

Alex is an incredible service tech. We've run into a couple issues w/ our HVAC system and each time he had our best interest in mind, and walked us through options. Very happy with our decision to work with First Choice.
