I was looking for the same day solution for an HVAC problem and First Choice was a great experience. Very professional through out the process. They kept updating me with every update on my request which was great.

Alex who came in to do the work was amazing. Very professional and his expertise was evident. Explained the process to me in detail so i am aware of my equipment and the work being done.

First Choice is very responsive and timely. We noticed our AC wasn't working last night, after hours. We left a message with the answering service, but received a call later from the business with a time they'd be at our house the very next day. Angel showed up on time, was very professional and conscientious, and completed the work. He also provided a thorough invoice that will be useful as I will be submitting this to my insurance company. I recommend First Choice and Angel very highly.

We had trouble with our humidifier, which is not a huge emergency, and First Choice still sent a technician the very next day to look at the issue. The technician was prompt and resolved the problem within a few minutes. It was our second experience working with First Choice and both times they have been great to work with.

Updated- Angel just left after doing a summer maintenance. I ask for him by name every time, hes friendly, knows what hes doing, and goes above and beyond with the maintenance work every time. He explains whats going on, why it matters, and what my options are, not just checking things off a list. Andb my systems running great

Great service for a good price. The technician Angel was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He got the problem (that 2 other companies gave up on) fixed quick, then took the time to explain everything to me. Ill be coming back to them anytime i have an issue.

We came home from vacation to find our upstairs AC not working. I called First Choice after hours and they called right back and made an appointment the next day and actually came 2 hours early. Angel was our technician and he did a fantastic job. Located the problem and fixed it very quickly and gave great advice on how to maintain the outside condensers. The technician Omar came out to perform the repairs on my HVAC system. He showed up on the time he said he would, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue quickly and with his knowledge know exactly what to do to fix it. I would definitely recommend, great work, great value.
