Zach P. came out to my house to address three different issues. He arrived on time, and was courteous and professional throughout the entire service call and appears to have solved our problems. It turned out to be a pretty long service call, but I never felt like he was rushing or trying to get out of here to his next call. All in all it was a very good experience and I would recommend using Zach again in the future.

Ryan came down, spent over an hour looking through the whole house and out a quote together. Everything was great, whole system replaced in two days, couldn’t be happier!

We used First Choice to repair an older AC wall unit. The technician, Angel, was very personable and communicative. He had to come back a few times to get it fixed because the unit is old and needed some new parts/tools. He stayed 2 hours late to make sure it was fixed correctly. Definitely recommend!
