First Choice Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

This was our first introduction to First Choice. I found them on a google search. We were looking to replace the entire air conditioning system on a 3k sq. ft. house. I did my own research on the brands and found Trane to be the best brand for our solution. I spoke with multiple HVAC sellers/installers and requested proposals from on-site evaluations. I was amazed at the lack of professionalism, inconsistency in solutions, and misrepresentations that were made. The proposals were seldom timely, very vague, and did not always reflect what we had agreed to on-site. First Choice was the only seller/installer that was timely, concise, very knowledgeable in every aspect of the job and not just the unit they would install, offered multiple solutions and explained them in detail, and frankly was honest. As the proposals came in, I also discussed my questions/concerns with First Choice and they were patient enough to explain the process and give me a better understanding of what others were proposing. We selected First Choice for the purchase and installation. It was scheduled within a week of our approval and was installed by First Choice employees that were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I could not be happier. I would highly recommend First Choice and they have earned my trust.

From the moment Alex rang our doorbell and introduced himself, we knew we would be in good hands. We have had difficulty with previous HVAC service vendors and were trying out First Choice this time as a trial (hoping we wouldn't have to find another vendor yet again). We were relieved to find Alex very personable and knowledgeable of all things HVAC. He really understood our prior difficulty with vendors and was entirely comfortable with us closely observing his work and encouraged us to ask him as many questions as needed. Did emergency work on a rental unit. Called and told them the issue. Immediately scheduled and had someone out there within 2 hours. Alex (technician) was friendly and communicated clearly all throughout. Office was great to deal with also. Will use them over and over again in the future! Highly recommend anyone use them.

Alex was extremely knowledgeable and personable! He was thorough in his assessment, provided a detailed report and made sure we understood everything. Didn’t try to SELL us on anything, only educated us on what was needed so we could make an educated decision. We recently had an AC system installed by another company- while I understand ours was an emergency call on a holiday weekend (not fun for us either) the installation company was not responding to multiple calls (yes, their company offers 24/7 service calls) so I resorted to another local company to assist. Thankfully, First Choice answered my call first time, scheduled a service call quickly and the tech was out promptly. He diagnosed the issue (low Freon) and repaired it easily. So grateful to First Choice!

Had the opportunity to get service by Alex Gonzalez @ First Choice. For the entire service cycle - starting from calling ahead before arriving, during the service and wrapping up, Alex was attentive, professional, explained what he was doing, discussed options and cost alternatives and all in all made that "job" a fun and a learning experience. Discovered that my wifi enabled thermostat was "offline". Angle G. was able to come to my house within an hour of my call. He diagnosed my issue immediately (bad unit). He installed a new thermostat and worked with tech support to get me back to a desirable temperature. Quick, efficient and helpful. Thanks!

Steve was personable, helpful, knowledgeable and understood our issues.The option Steve suggested was the least impact to our home. The team cleaned out the existing sewer line and then installed a pipe inside the existing sewer line. All the work done in one day. Great option!

Heat stopped working the day after air duct cleaning. The air duct company sent out Angel from First Choice. He responded very quickly, was very polite and professional, and quickly found the problem (air duct company had disconnected a wire). Highly recommend Angel and First Choice
