As always.. Edison is a top notch business with expert professionals who are kind and courteous. Andrew came to my home and had given me notice that he was on his way. He was very pleasant and performed the services perfectly. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with. Asked me if I had any questions and recommended the level of a good air conditioning temperature. Andrew deserves high praise for his customer service and technical expertise.

Gary, Justin and Mike proved to be the "real deal" every step of the way! Super professional, great communicators and enjoyable to have in my home. I had a new AC unit installed and it was not a simple job but they stayed on it, and listened to my requests with great respect. They each deserve a raise and a promotion!

This visit was for the annual maintenance of my cooling unit installed by Edison. The technician, Andrew, was thorough and professional. He informed me of his findings and discussed recommendations. Very helpful!

I had two aging HVAC systems in need of an upgrade and from the sales to the service I had nothing but good experiences. Labor and parts prices were better than four other major companies I got quotes from and Rob and Von were meticulous, knowledgeable, and professional when it came time for installation.

We called the business at approximately 12:30 pm and we also texted RJ who was our sales person. A very nice woman addressed our problem immediately. We had a leak in the pump from our HVAC unit which they'd installed several months ago. Within three hours the same day (on a weekend), Evan arrived at our home to install a new pump. He tested the new pump several times before he left. He was so nice and efficient! He wore booties over his shoes. He actually cleaned up the water as well. Great person! Thank you to everyone at Edison including RJ who responded to our problem immediately! Outstanding customer service and teamwork! Thank you!!

Amazing company very professional and kind. My AC went in the heat of the summer and I have medical issues. RJ spoke to the owner and fit me in within 3 days over the holiday weekend.

We have been using this company for several year and each time the service is excellent. This time was for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The team of Dave N and Tim were the best! They were prompt, professional, neat, protected our house from dirt, cleaned everything up, and very knowledgeable about the products being installed. I have recommended this company in the past and will continue to do so.

I used Edison Heating & Cooling to replace my HVAC system. They installed a Carrier system, as well as three mini-split units on the second floor of my house (I have a Cape Cod house, and the upstairs always got hot, even when the main system was on--the mini-splits solved the problem and now my whole house is comfortably cool). The whole team was awesome from Neil Slattery, the salesman, who always was professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns to Dave N. and Tim, the installers, who did a thorough and expert job and got the job done in two and a half days, even when faced with stormy weather. I 100% highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. I got financing with no interest for 84 months through PSE&G, after the deposit. They took care of everything, and I am very happy with the attention to detail this company provides. This is an A++ company!
