Edison Heating & Cooling

I used Edison heating and cooling twice over the past two years, both times to repair AC units (unrelated issues) in Metuchen. They were quick to respond and well-organized, the gentlemen who came to do the repair work were excellent, and when we ran into a snag regarding a warranty issue Carol and Mike were extremely professional and worked quickly to rectify it. The whole team is great - you will not be disappointed giving them your business!

Andres Bravo technician called 30 minutes
in advance of arriving at the scheduled time. He was extremely knowledgeable in reviewing the maintenance process. He did a comprehensive inspection/cleaning of the HVAC system. He was very personable.

Just had my AC serviced by Andres and Evan. They were on time as promised. They were very thorough and informative on service given. Great job in all respects. I would give them an A+.

The source of our AC problem was identified in a timely manner. The needed replacement parts were obtained and were installed within 48 hours. This was satisfactory timing as this was not an emergency. The technician that troubleshot our AC unit and the technician that installed the replacement parts were knowledgeable and professional. Happily the replacement parts were covered by our warranty so we only paid for the installer's labor. We have been a satisfied customer of Edison H&C for more than 25 years.

We had to replace an AC unit (that was poorly installed) in the middle of a heatwave. Edison Heating and Cooling came out to provide a temporary solution to keep us cool until our official installation date.

On the day of our installation, the team, Ecliffe and Jason, were on-time, courteous and very knowledgeable.

The service associate, Laura, was also a real pleasure to work with as well (thanks for sending David out to hold us over, he was awesome).

Gary, the salesperson, provided a professional, thorough explanation of the services that were needed.

They are the best. I called for a non emergency appointment and they were there the next day. The technician was friendly and professional. He had been to the house before and actually noticed that we had adopted a new dog. The repair was fast and done so professionally . I would definitely recommend them !

Edison Heating and Cooling is the Best!!!! I Purchased a HVAC System Carrier Infinity Furnace and AC unit. Dan Motola was my Comfort Advisor. Dan did an excellent job. Dan came to my house he explained everything to me in detail and then gave me the quote for the new system and went over everything with me in the quote. Today after my system was installed Dan called me to make sure everything went good with the installation. That is outstanding service. Dave and Rob installed the System and they both did an excellent job. They kept everything clean and neat and they were professional. They are both outstanding Technicians. I am very happy with the installation and the way everything works. Also when Dave and Rob were finished they both explained to me how everything works. If your looking to replace your Furnace or AC use Edison Heating and Cooling it will be the best decision you ever made!!!!

Would highly recommend to any future customers! Our Sales Rep (Dan) was extremely knowledgeable & personable, and did not try to "hard sell" us more than we needed to replace our old central air system. The installers (Eddie C., Kyle R. and Rob D.) were extremely polite and friendly, and very good at keeping disruption down to a minimum. They used drop cloths where needed in the high traffic areas, and when they left the job, all trash and mess was cleaned completely.
