Do not try to upsell unnecessarily. The report is very detailed and perform a thorough check. Will be definitely using them in the future.

Called them for an estimate and the experience was far from acceptable. The guy who showed up didn't want to see or hear anything. He had no knowledge of what he came to help for, it was just waste of everyone's time.

I'm very disappointed in this company and Carrier. I spent more than $12,000 on a new HVAC system. It's just been three years and I have had multiple issues and warranty claims. The system started throwing off critical warnings only a few months after installation. I've received several issues like these since then. This company requires you to sign a maintenance contract. If you don't, they will decline to cover labor warranty if anything breaks. To their credit, they actually took care of many warranty claims at no cost to me, but, for some unexplained reason, they want to charge me for replacing the faulty thermostat as described below. Bottom line - I'm upset that a new expensive system had as many mechanical issues as mine did within the first three years. It created major inconvenience every time especially with the kids in the house.

I received critical warning messages again on my system last year. When I called Edison for an emergency visit, they wouldn't send a technician soon, so I was forced to hire another company to take a look. If I didn't sign Edison's maintenance contract, I should have the flexibility to do hire anyone I want. Now my thermostat is broken. Edison is asking me to pay the labor cost to replace it because I used someone else last year. Now I'm forced to use the Carrier phone app to operate my system. If the app crashes, I have no way to turn on the heat in this winter. I'm infuriated that I paid so much money only to have a system that can be only operated with a phone app.

Take your hard-earned dollars elsewhere unless you want to be locked into maintenance contracts.

2022 update: now my heating system is shot. It’s only been 5 years and Edison refuses to honor the manufacturer’s warranty. This has nothing to do with annual maintenance. Thank you Edison.

Associate arrived on time and was very professional. During his visit, he shared some information about his love of guitar playing and questions about my garden. Very pleasant to work with and he explained all that he was doing and finished the job promptly.

Explained everything thoroughly and answered any concerns I had to the best of his knowledge. Didn’t take long for me to decide that I’m going to use them to replace my HVAC system.Looking forward to see the work they do and excited about finally living in comfort with a working air conditioner and furnace.

Made a service appointment 6 weeks ago to look at my furnace since the previous owners used them multiply times. I wish they send notifications via txt or email to confirm the appointments in advance so people don't waste their time. Everyone is busy in NJ. I also get dozens of robocalls and my phone filters them.

The only notification I got since making the appointment was voicemail I received when they were already at my door. So because we had some miscommunications the day of the appointment and I was not able to let them in when they showed up.

Sadly they didn't offer any other solutions and when I tried to express my concerns the woman on the phone hang up on me.

Please invest in a Service Management Software such as HouseCall Pro or ServiceTitan.
