They were the first company I called for an estimate to install Ductless Air Conditioner.

We set up an appointment and the next day they were here. RJ the Comfort Advisor was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

We signed up within an hour of him explaining what they would do and a proposal we were very satisfied with. 3 days later they sent 2 of the nicest & professional installers ever. Both Dave and Tim were amazing. When the job was completed you would never have known they were there. They left my house clean and exactly how it was when they arrived.

They next day after my job was completed, My neighbor signed up to have the exact same job done. She also went through RJ and requested both Dave and Tim.

Because of the age and structure of my house I felt it would be hard to devise and install an efficient air conditioning system. Edison's tecnicians designed a perfect system for my home. Their installers were precise and professional and a pleasure to have in my home. I am way beyond pleased with the quality of equipment and the work that Edison performed. I highly recommend them.

Pat from service team went above and beyond to make sure our A/C worked correctly. He stayed for the whole afternoon and did numerous testing and adjustments. He even stayed extra longer to make sure we have right amount of air in one room.

After his visit, he also connected with installation team to follow up and fix some wiring issues.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Started w Rich for design and quote. Set install date only 1 week later. Dave, Tim, and Zack showed up exactly the time they said they would, and job was completed in exactly the time they promised at the fee they quoted. Left the house in perfect shape, you would never know my entire central air was replaced. Everyone was polite and professional throughout the entire process. I give them my highest recommendation.

We were looking to replace our AC unit (outside condenser & attic air handler) last year. We actually contacted Edison Heating & Cooling and a representative came by to evaluate our situation and gave us a quote. He even gave us a decent discount. We didn’t get to do it for non-related reasons.
However, this spring, we decided again to re-visit changing our AC unit. It's a good thing we waited as we were now able to reap benefits of President Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act to get rebates on a two-stage AC which is higher efficiency. Plus we decided to change our furnace as well because of the Inflation Reduction Act, to a high efficiency model. We got quotes from a couple other companies along with Edison. The new Edison representative, Rich Dubiel, was great. He did all the measurements and calculations to see what size unit we needed. We needed an extra vent in our main bedroom and he put that in as well. Also, he was very responsive to our concerns of a high efficiency unit, but at a fair cost. Not only did he honor the discount that was on our price quote from the previous year, but he added additional discounts, 10 year labor warranty, and free maintenance options. Edison Heating & Cooling also takes care of all the paperwork with any rebates from PSE&G and Elizabethtown Gas, along with the paperwork for the 10 year warranty with Bryant (AC and furnace) and the town permits. I had a plethora of texts with questions after he gave the price quote and Rich was very responsive to them. We decided on Edison because Rich made the process comfortable and we felt he offered quality equipment and the best deal.
During the install, Dave, the install manager was very helpful in determining where to best run the exhaust vent for the high efficiency furnace as it would not be up to code to vent it through the chimney as was done with the previous furnace. The install took two days, one for the AC and another for the furnace. Edison’s installation team of Dave N and Tim, and both days and Devonte, on the 2nd day, were really awesome! They were very respectful of my house in that they brought tarps to travel through the house and also had shoe covers. They were also very conscious of my 4-month old and tried to keep the noise to a minimum and would warn us ahead of time of any loud drilling they needed to do. For me, I like to watch installations and maintenance so I know what is going on and if I have any questions. I had a lot of questions and Dave N, Tim, and Devonte were eager to answer! Dave N was really great with going over both the furnace and AC systems with me after the install was complete.
Overall, the entire process could have been nerve-wracking. However the entire staff I encountered, Rich Dubiel, Dave, Dave N, Tim, and Devonte, were really great. They all helped to make the process run smoothly. More importantly, I have confidence that our units will make our house comfortable… just in time for any NJ heatwave. Also, the whole house filter system that they installed to the AC unit has been awesome with all this Canadian wildfire smoke. We do not smell it at all in the house when the unit is on and it cleans the air.

After 20 years it was time to get a new heating/coolant system. The overall experience with Edison was excellent. RJ who came to provide an estimate was friendly, detailed, knowledgeable and professional. Dave, Devante and Tim who did the install yesterday were equally as friendly, detailed, skilled, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks team! If the need comes up to replace our other system, I know who I will be calling again.
