The tech Chris R. showed up early to do a follow up of a new installation that was done in November to make sure the A/C system was functioning properly and also did my spring service agreement check. Chris R. was very explanatory and knowledgeable. I would want him as my regular service Technician when I have any service performed.

We’ve been customers since buying our first home in 2019 — and recently needed and completed a significant project (new furnace in our crawl space), and the experience was excellent. Gary was clear with the what & why of our furnace replacement needs, trustworthy and ultra professional in his approach, costing and delivery of service. The job was complete over two-days (thank you Dave N Tim) and they were incredibly organized and conscientious when working in our home. This type of job can be daunting price and time commitment wise, but we’re grateful that we went forward and would recommend Edison H/C, Gary, Dave and Tim to anyone. Thank you! 🙌🏽

Not recommend to use this company at all. Charging expensive labor fee for inspecting the HVAC and told me that someone will send quote of repairing. After then, I never received anything over 1 month. Calling their office for three times, the only answer I got is "someone will get back to you soon". Again, never got any respond. Horrible service and creditability. I will avoid this company in future and choose other companies.

The technician was very friendly, informative, and professional. Very very nice man. Let me know it was happening every step of the way. Did a fantastic job and even cleaned up everything when he was done, including washing out the inside of the outside unit.

Reymy was a terrific technician. Friendly, thorough and professional. Not only did he do a great job doing system maintence, he explained all his findings and recommendations going forward. Would absolutely use him and Edison again.

Update. Unfortunately after my spring time service it was determined I needed a new AC unit. I made the decision to purchase a new AC and Furnace combo. Rich Dubiel was excellent to work with in determining the best solution for my house and the techs Dave and Tim were excellent to work with and did a fantastic job with the installation and the explanation of the system.

Andrew was very thorough in checking out our A/C. He explained what he was doing as he went along and was very pleasant to talk to.
