Angel came out and spent two hours explaining to me how the company that I was using was not really doing the maintenance they were supposed to. My AC unit was still filthy. There were cobwebs in there and all kinds of dirt which interferes with the efficiency of my unit. He took the time to clean it out and check everything for me. He was extremely thorough

I have not used their professional services, but I did have an experience with a couple of their employees that I felt deserved a review. My daughter and I both woke up one morning to a flat tire on each of our cars (what are the odds?!). We luckily had an air compressor, but we couldn't get air in either one of our tires. To say we were stressed is an incredible understatement! Luckily 2 First Choice employees were up the street, noticed us, and stopped to help. They couldn't have been nicer and got us back on the road so quickly! While I can't speak to the professional work, I can speak to the character of at least 2 of their employees. And the next time I need HVAC services they will be my first call, they represented the company well!!

Amazingly easy to communicate with First Choice, via text or phone. They are very responsive which is far more than you can say about most businesses in this vein these days. Joe came out and assessed our water situation and recommended a house water filter (Halo H2zero. So far the product is great by the way). Mike and Cesar, the plumbers, were courteous, professional. They took their time and did great work, both installing the water filter on our water main and also changing out our kitchen sink. Well priced too. Will absolutely recommend First Choice to anyone with plumbing or HVAC needs.

We were lucky enough to have Alex as our technician. He was OUTSTANDING. He was so honest, caring, smart and helpful. Gave us tips and tricks on HVAC efficiencies and really took his time to explain everything he was doing.

The First Choice technician Zack Pedrosa came to our house for our regular maintenance for our HVAC system. He was on time and exceptionally professional, thorough and explained what he was doing. I give him and First Choice the highest rating!

I called them and Zack Pedrosa from the company showed up in the same morning. Zack not only fixed the problem but also explained the issues to me. While another company encouraged me to replace the whole system a year ago, Zack explained to me, with photos, that the current system is still in good shape and only charged me a reasonable maintenance fee. Highly recommended!

We bought a new home and, at first I was skeptical about setting up a contract like we had at our old place, but we did, and the technicians who have come out for maintenance have always been friendly and professional.

Late last night we noticed that our downstairs furnace had stopped heating and I put a call in that was returned at 7:39am. Angel Garcia was dispatched fairly quickly, came to the house, assessed and diagnosed very quickly that the inducer motor had failed, contacted a parts warehouse 10 minutes away, ran out and picked it up, came back, installed it, tested the system, billed us and was out of here roughly 2 hours after we got the call this morning. Hard to beat that.

It was pretty disappointing to have an expensive component in our furnace fail less than 4 years after the unit was manufactured, so I'm obviously not thrilled about having to spend a surprise amount like this, but having the contract in place meant we saved 50% off the usual weekend rate, and I believe the part would have been more expensive, too, so I'm feeling pretty good about having the maintenance plan in place (especially since we have two furnaces from this manufacturer, and I'm now just waiting for the other one to fail, too).

We've only been in our new home about 21 months and perhaps have had the contract with First Choice for about 18 months of that, but even though our systems were brand new when we moved in, I couldn't be more pleased to have set up our maintenance contract. Between the routine maintenance and today's repair, I have some peace of mind knowing our HVAC systems are in good hands.

Total end to end QUALITY service! . Very competitive pricing . I usually do not do reviews…. But these guys deserve a word of appreciation. - Thank you Gerard !

My AC stopped working over the weekend.

This afternoon, Angel, our technician, arrived five minutes into the appointment window and solved the issue within another five. Great service!
