Gabriel did an excellent job replacing our furnace and a/c coil. He worked quick and efficiently, and was very clean. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to breakdown his process. Full transparency, he registered for the warranty on spot. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly be calling for future projects.

I will NEVER call another heating cooling company again. I highly recommend Gabriel from NJ Heat Masters, he truly is a master. Had a problem with my heat, not working because of a switch, where others tried to absolutely got ranch meat for a service visit Gabriel was more than fair. He was respectful, even took off his shoes before walking into my house without me even saying a word, or looking any kind of way. I have never had a more respectful subcontractor do any kind of work at my house. He was nothing but kind, he was great with my son, and even took the time to talk and play with him a little bit, and the price was absolutely unbeatable, and he even came at night I can go on and on about the professionalism, and the excellent experience I had, but I’ll just stop and say that I highly recommend you try for yourself. Sometimes you just come across those amazing technicians and you simply think to yourself I’m not paying for his time I am paying for his personality and knowledge and that’s the case here. Highly highly highly recommended.

NJ Heat Masters was a life savior! We lost heat with our newborn baby over the weekend. He returned our call at 8 am on a Sunday morning and helped my husband fix the problem over the phone free of charge. We appreciate his kindness and help!

Gabriel was phenomenal! I called with a leaking AC unit in my attic and Gabriel was there within a couple of hours. He was friendly and kept me informed of his plan and what he thought caused the leak/ensured that it didnt happen again. I am really impressed with the level of service I received. The price was more than reasonable and he even offered me some troubleshooting advice over the phone. I highly recommend and will definitely call again in the future!

Excellent service and very responsive. Had an issue and Gabriel first offered to try and troubleshoot with me on the phone to save on a service fee and then offered to come same day. He went into detail and showed me what was wrong, why it was wrong and explained what he was going to do to fix it. Welcomed me watching him work and thoroughly explained what he was doing at each juncture of the repair. Very open book about his costs vs. my costs to complete the job. Would highly recommend his services.

Gabriel is one of the most caring people. He worked very late to repair our ac unit, to ensure that my wife who has medical needs was able to have air-conditioning available. This was a few years ago, and I apparently didn't provide a review. Gabriel is very reasonable and honorable.

I usef Gabriel from NJ Heat masters on 2 different occasions for my AC unit and my Heat and both times he came on time and fixed both problems without any hiccups !!
They are very reasonably priced and are extremely professional and I would highly recommend them!!

A few years ago we needed a new AC unit. I have terrible heat intolerance and Gabriel stayed here until 11pm to get it done!

This year we needed a repair. Gabriel to the rescue again! Luckily it was under warranty.

Gabriel does great work and is very professional and personable.

Gabriel was amazing! He was available the day I called and had open communication of when he would be at our home. Our heat was out and Gabriel fixed it luckily that day. He is prompt, friendly and honest!
