Royal Air Heating and Air Conditioning

I have been using Royal Air for more than 10 years after a bad experience with Gold Medal. Royal Air is honest, fair and professional. I have used them to replace my furnace and service my system. They have never tried to upsell me. If it makes sense to fix it, that is what they do. Most recently, Ari replaced a bad capacitor on my compressor. A few years ago, they came out in the middle of a bad snow storm to get our furnace working so that we had heat and installed the replacement within a few days. Highly recommend.

Called them during a blizzard late night when my heat stopped working. Mac came in within the hour and diagnosed and fixed my heat temporarily. He came in with his team the next day and installed a fresh unit and was able to give me discounts and work with me on pricing. Really glad to have had royal air come in and replace my unit as they gave me the best price and they have the best customer service. Highly recommend!

Came back home from work one day and the house was freezing. Realized the heat was not working all day, after troubleshooting for sometime myself and getting nowhere I called Royal Air and Mac came out the same day and had it solved within minutes. Great service, would use again.
