Royal Air replaced my 25 year old furnace and AC unit. They did an excellent job- work was clean and price was fair. Originally the service call was scheduled for the Wednesday after our Friday meeting- but the owner, Ed, came out on a Sunday morning with his crew and completed the job in under 5 hours. Thank you!

Eddie has integrity and is very honest. His years of experienced saved us from replacing our furnace after another company with zero integrity shut down our furnace and insisted it could not be fix and needed to be replaced for thousands. I highly recommend Royal Air.

Thank you so much Ed for coming out on an emergency call at night in a heat wave to fix our air conditioner. This is what I call absolutely great service from a great company!!! I always recommend everyone to you but a lot of the customers I tell already know how great you are and have you on speed dial. I will continue to recommend Royal Air and the professionalism you provide.

I have been using Royal Air for years. Their service is fast, efficient and well priced. The Techs are friendly and you actually understand what they are saying when they explain something to you. I highly recommend them for a new system or service. Keep up the good work guys!

It's unusual for me to be able to say this but everything has been perfect dealing with Royal Air. This includes a wonderful and friendly purchase and installation experience of a new AC/Heating system. Afterwards when I called for a minor issue, Ed was at my door within minutes. What else can I say other than I highly recommend Royal Air.

Was referred to royal air from a neighbor who used them. They came out and installed some new equipment, and I was pleased with the work.
However, after spending over $4,000 with a company, I would expect some type of follow up call to thank me for my business, or ask if I was pleased with the work. Maybe even a call in the future to set up a service plan, but nothing. Haven't heard a single thing from them since they walked out of my house after the install. Since then I've encountered numerous people who needed hvac work done, and I have steered them away from this company due to lousy customer service.

Installed a new heating and air conditioning unit and 11 months later problems started. Blower would turn on and off before reaching the thermoset temperature with the furnace code identifying a pressure code issue. After two service calls it was supposedly fixed but in early March the heat was not reaching the desired setting and blower was back to it's old problem. After two more service calls the heat shut down completely and when the Technician responded on a Saturday for the fifth time he didn't have two parts to fix it.so he would be back Monday with one part and Tuesday the other. This was late March with no heat for the weekend. When I talked to the owner we got into an argument and he blamed the manufacture. How can a company that installs a specific furnace not have at least one part in stock for that furnace? Why couldn't they diagnose the root cause of the problem rather than a hit or miss parts replacement fix. Why couldn't he declare it a LEMON if his statement was true and replace the entire unit. Shortly there after' I was informed the owner would respond on Monday but the final straw was a call from his office Monday morning informing me he was not available until Wednesday I called a different company that installed a Lennox furnace. I and took the loss but am enjoying a furnace that works. I am also discussing this issue with my attorney.

We just had Royal Air out to take a look at our 30 + year old boiler heating system in Ocean Grove. We found them through a newspaper clipping advertisement they did, and are we glad that we found them!

We have American home Shield and went through them first, they sent out these two gentlemen with a company they contract with. These two guys came out and told us before touching or testing anything that it was going to take an extra service and cleaning of approximately $600 (300 each boiler) to get them up and running and that would solve the problem, we would have to pay out of pocket. This was before they even tested or touched anything on the systems, they just told me that it was going to cost more money.

When Royal Air came out They were very respectful and professional and thorough of everything And walked me through it all. They found that the two gentlemen that came before with American home shield had actually turned off certain valves so when they were showing me the “problems” of cold pipes, water not flowing through, etc it was actually because they turned off the valves. These guys were trying to scam us and Royal Air found it, fixed it and charged a very reasonable price for it all.

If you need a trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable team to work on any HVAC system, Eddie at Royal Air is your guy!
A++++ and 5 Stars all around!

Let me first start by saying that we have used Royal for years (7+) in Freehold, NJ. When the techs have arrived in the past they have always been friendly and knowledgeable. On to my issue..

I have set up an appointment to fix/adjust my HVAC for better circulation and airflow. We have been rescheduled twice which is fine, but the 2nd rescheduling was a no-show. I understand it’s in the middle of summer and there are higher priorities (people without AC), but there needs to be communication.

Now, that’s just the scheduling. My 2nd and larger complaint is that my mother had called customer service and spoke to Cindy and was met with terrible customer service. She refused to help us understand what timing looked like and stated “they’ll show up when they show up it’s not my problem” verbatim as per me listening in. That tone immediately changed once I called.

All in all, the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect makes me feel that they are not keen on providing a positive experience to loyal customers. There are plenty of competitors in the area - I recommend reconsidering before choosing to move forward with Royal Air. I know I sure will.

Royal Air service is fast, efficient and well priced. The owner, Ed, is experienced in this business and owned it for 20 years. He is a man of integrity, and delivers on his commitment on-time and within agreed upon price. He trains and treats his employees well, and that is why they are so friendly and professional. I do want to acknowledge their names, too: Rob, Timothy, Margie and Chris. In my case, they replaced two aging HVAC systems in half a day. They also included a few years of complimentary service. Finally, the office manager, Cindy, registered all of the new equipment with the manufacturer, Ruud, and gave me the Certificate of Registration. I will definitely hire this company for other properties I own. Thank you, Royal Air!
