I used their service twice this year. First was for a full HVAC replacement and the second was for an insurance claim for my heater and HVAC after some issues with a water main. Overall there quality and response were unmatched to the other companies I reached out to when first seeing options for a new HVAC unit. Ed took the time to sit down with my wife and explain the options and benefits to his suggestions which looking back now were truly correct and accurate. He didn't waste our time and customer service was unmatched compared to the others we had quote us. They were fast to respond when our air went out during the hot summer needing the new unit in the first place, and when doing our insurance claim worked around our schedule to get everything done quick. I was beyond happy with the way Ed, Tim, And Carlos treated me and my wife. Thanks again Royal!

Royal Heating was very responsive to my inquiry on converting from oil to gas. New Boiler installed in less than two weeks. Very professional technicians/installers. Very pleased with the installation. I would recommend this company.

I got a new condenser and furnace installed in my new home by Royal and they were great. The gentleman who came out and originally looked at out system and gave us a quote was extremely knowledgeable and worked to come up with solutions to a condensation problem we were having as well. The men who came and installed were great as well. overall a great experience and I would highly recommend!

Our aging A/C blower died during this terrible heat wave. My neighbor recommended Royal Air since they have very good experience replacing their two units early this year. We originally signed the contract to replace our two units which was scheduled for 11 days due to heavy summer volume. Eddie was able to reshuffle some appointments and do our install in 5 days (a life saver in this heat wave). The crew is super professional. When you see the owner can be part of the crew and do the install himself, you know he know his craft. I am very happy with the install and would recommend them to any friends and neighbors.

The team came out to my home three times. The first time to inspect-$75 and provide a quote for some work to be done. They made a follow up appointment for the repair, but a tech came out unaware of what he was there to fix and they charged me again $75. The part to fix my furnace came in and was properly repaired. They never corrected the charge and refused to pay it back blaming me for the miscommunication. Never again.
