I can’t even begin to tell you how truly amazing this business is. Our air conditioner broke, I called and within a few hours the business owner came. He examined the issue and gave us 3 options on how to fix it. I loved that he was so honest and upfront and did not try to make extra money. It was nice to have options and zero pressure. He installed a new air conditioner unit and made some repairs on the duct and electrical work for us. He was quick, professional, honest and just super friendly. I would never ever go with anyone else.

I called heat Master to come check out a hot water heater, which was not working in a brand new condo.
Heat Master was very honest and got it up and running for me. He could have sold me a new one but told me this one still has life and recommended I get something to place nearby. I will only use this company now.

Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He searched for reason why our AC wasn’t running. Found burnt wires and found out unit was pulling too much energy for the system. Replaced wires and installed a booster to fix. He was so quick and knowledgable. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I just had my furnace inspected by NJR 5 days ago. I woke up this morning and had no heat. When I called them I was told they could not send a service man out until Wednesday. That’s 3 days from now! It is unacceptable that I’d have to wait that long & go without heat. I searched the web and found NJ Heat Masters which services the Jackson area. It had great reviews so I decided to contact this company. To my surprise I was told he could come out within the hour. Gabriel was fantastic! He has a great personality & is extremely knowledgeable. He explained to me what the problem was within 10 minutes. He fixed a hose & replaced the broken sensor. He left his family to come service my furnace and I expected a very high bill. His price was very reasonable. Much appreciate the timely service and all the smiles that he brought us. Great job! I highly recommend NJ Heat Masters!

AC was blowing hot air when I got home from work. Called heatmasters and he showed up at 830 at night to diagnose the problem which was faster then I could have imagined. Turned out to be a bad fan motor on the outside unit. Once the part was acquired, it was installed quickly and my AC was back up and running. I can’t say enough good things about this company! I highly recommend for any of your heating and cooling needs!!

Gabe was awesome-I called him on a snow day when my heat stopped working. He arrived within the hr and diagnosed my problem within minutes. He taught me about my furnace and replaced my air filters. He went and got the part in less than 30 minutes and I had my heat back! Super friendly, reliable, and very reasonably priced. I look forward to working with him again in the future!

I called Gabriel after waking up to no air conditioning and a frozen coil. He came out right away and found that we had a leak. He did everything he could to see if he could fix it. Unfortunately, after a dye test, he showed me the leak was right in the center of the evaporator coil. The system was 25 years old so we weren't surprised it needed to be replaced.

He gave us a great price on a new system and arrived early the next morning to install it. We were up and running before we knew it. Gabriel takes great pride in his work and how he treats his customers. He texted me later that night just to make sure the house was cooling down and the unit was working properly.

We had to use Gabriel for both my AC and heating repairs on separate occasions and each time he was incredibly reliable, took his time explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix each problem and made sure my husband and I understood what was happening with our systems.
