NJ Heat Masters

Gabe came out to fix my air conditioning on a hot day. He was fast and got the system back up and running. I needed something else fixed while he was here and he did that no problem. Highly recommended and will now be using him for all HVAC issues.

Had a heater problem. Called Heat Masters as they were referred from my plummer (Rob from no Problem Plumbing who is also awesome) Gabriel showed up at my door within 2 hours and within 15 minutes the heater started to work again! They were very courteous and professional and showed me exactly what was wrong with the heater and how to fix it. Would highly recommend them to my family and friends and would definitely use them again.

I would recommend Gabriel to anyone who wants a great job done efficiently and at the lowest price. He installed my new air conditioner, and he works so clean, he even vacuumed my rugs for me! I will always call Gabriel for any heating or air conditioning needs. He's the best.

Gabriel went above and beyond in taking care of our broken furnace blower motor, including a major cleaning of our system for us. He also took the time to explain everything he did and what we need to do to keep our system in top shape all for a very reasonable price. ($125 LESS than we had been quoted by another company!) So thankful we found him!

Thermostat took a nosedive during bad cold snap. Gabriel was at our house within the hour after we called and had us back up and running ASAP. Replaced the thermostat and made a couple quick adjustments to our forced air unit. What was best about this call was that he ran down my options for a new thermostat, and didn’t try to pressure me into an expensive piece of tech I didn’t need. Very very very satisfied and will be calling NJHM for all our heating & cooling needs, highly recommend!!

I called Gabriel this morning and explained that my ac was not blowing out cold air. He was here immediately. Extremely professional and honest. House is now cool again. Extremely satisfied with the service.

Gabe has been the most honest person to work on our commercial systems. He always responds promptly to calls and he will show up as promised; almost always same day. His prices are amazingly competitive and hones. His company always came as the most economical. He is so efficient and does not over charge for hours spent the site. I will never work with another company again. The first tine he cane out to our facility , it was 700pm and he agreed to come out and assist with an emergency situation when no one else would come out that day. So thankful found his company on Google.

My AC unit wasn’t working properly so I originally contacted a company who I didn’t have a service agreement with. They told me that they wouldn’t be able to come to my house until the end of July (because of no service contract) unless I paid an emergency fee of over $200. Not willing to pay that price, I searched for a reliable and honest HVAC company and luckily found Gabriel from Heat Masters. The first thing that stood out were the many positive reviews and recommendations from numerous people. The other mitigating factor was he was local. I called Gabe up that evening and he answered immediately. Came the following day and identified the issue in a matter of seconds. A great guy and more importantly very honest. No upselling. I am very thankful I found him and feel very comfortable knowing that I have an honest and reliable HVAC guy going forward for any heating or AC issues which may arise. If you have any problems Gabriel is your guy.

Cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with Gabriel and NJ Heat Masters. He was referred to me, I called him, he arrived inside 60 minutes, and 30 minutes later the problem was diagnosed and resolved. This was a small issue but he/they will be the first ones I call for any furnace/AC issues.

SECOND POST - so my 20 year old residential 2nd zone HVAC system came due.- coil tray rusted thru & leaking. Called Gabriel, and he diagnosed and gave me my options inside 24hrs. Took a couple days to get other quotes - his was the most competitive. He delivered - did everything he committed to. Loving knowing someone who lives up to their commitments at the quoted reasonable price.
