I have nothing but great things to say about A-1! Frank and his team have been working with my family for years and has yet to disappoint. Super friendly, professional, on time and most of all honest are just a few words to describe A-1. Their prices are great and their work is impeccable! They’ve done everything from installing our A/C unit, repairing our hot water heater, and today installing a new furnace which I will say is working perfectly. I will never use anyone other than A-1 and I highly recommend you do the same. Thanks again guys!

We called on a Sunday after not having AC for a couple days. The owner Frank came out within 2 hours and spent the better part of his afternoon at our house fixing issues that our new homes HVAC contractor caused. He explained everything to us, showed us exactly why our system failed and fixed it thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company in an emergency but also in general. The service and knowledge were top notch which is something you don’t see anymore. Thank you for helping us!

Our old heating system didn't survive the last JCPL outage, so I called A-1 Comfort Care due to the many great reviews that I personally heard. Frank came out around 730pm and stayed until 1030pm explaining the 3 extensive quotes with great features which were far less for just the heating system our previous company quoted. The system was installed and up and running perfectly in one day! Bravo to Frank and his professional crew for such great service! I have also signed up for their yearly maintenance. Wonderful service! A-1 was able to fix our furnace when the motor was going. They were also able to source the needed part from Carrier quickly because they are a preferred vendor. A-1 did what they described for a reasonable fee, were very polite and answered all my questions, and also showed me how to use our thermostat more efficiently. A-1 saved us from buying a brand new furnace which was 3x the expense. We will use them again if we ever need for any plumbing or heating/cooling needs.

Currently working on renovating my home with them, been a great experience so far. Fair pricing, and they're enthusiastic about the process. Extremely knowledgeable, always trying to save money, always provide multiple options, and always communicate openly. Can't wait to upload before and after photos. Cannot recommend them enough.

Frank is a true professional. My heater broke at midnight and I searched for a 24 hr service. All would say that they would call me in the AM. So much for being a 24 hr service. I contacted Frank and he said he would be there by 2am. He actually did show up at 2am and was done by 3. Now that's a true 24hr service. Hopefully I will never have to go thru this again but if I do Frank will be the guy I call. Professional, courteous and respectful. THANK YOU

Frank came out right away to check out my water heater. Personable and trustworthy. It was unable to be fixed due to water damage. Frank and Victor had a new one installed within 24 hours first thing on a Sunday morning. Much appreciated.

I have had some bad experiences with home repair service providers in this area, so I could not have been more thrilled with Frank and A-1. Besides coming out on a Sunday morning I really felt he took the time to find the issue and solution for my problem instead of just recommending the most expensive option which of course was a new unit. He was incredibly knowledgeable about my AC system (although it was installed long ago by another company), and I really feel he treated me as he would have treated his own family member. Trust me, that is not easy to find - most companies seem to be out to make the most possible $$$ as opposed to finding good options for their customers. I am incredibly thankful I found this company and can now rest easy if I have any issues in the future. A++++

We've used Frank and his team for the past 20+ years for repair, replacement and warranty work. When you consider the excellent responsiveness, quick and competent diagnostic work, and high quality of workmanship, it's clear why they've lasted. Their prices are competitive and maybe a little lower than average, but when you add in the trustworthiness factor and quality of work the overall service value is maximized even more. Whether it's summer and the AC needs service or it's winter and the water heater breaks, you can count on their professionalism to restore service the same day.

I called them for a urgent toilet clog issue and assumed their prices will be reasonable. When they came 2 hours after the estimated time, I paid almost what I’d pay for installing a new toilet! Can’t recommend from price perspective. You can certainly get similar or better service at a reasonable price. On the plus side, service was professional and they did come out same day.
