Gabe and Pedro were wonderful. Gabe was very prompt both coming to look at my furnace and on the day he replaced it. He worked quickly and didn't even stop for coffee when I offered it. He was very considerate and put down cardboard to cover the floor and swept up afterwards. He did what needed to be done and more. Very pleasant and very appreciative of Pedro. Both were wonderful, I recommend them highly.

Today was the first time I used this company . Gabe is the most knowledgeable person I have meet when it comes to heating and air . He was so professional and pleasant. I would trust him to do any job in my home . Where have you been for 15 years !!!!! I’m so happy to have found this amazing person . Thank you for a great experience. Gabriel and his team are top-notch! Upon moving into our home, the AC went on the fritz. We called a number of companies, who wanted to charge an arm and a leg or said that they were backed up and wouldn't be able to assess the issue for weeks.

We called Gabriel and his Heat Masters team, and they came later that day. They diagnosed the problem, provided a number of options and walked us through the best options for us. They certainly surpassed all expectations to ensure our satisfaction (and sanity -- it was August!)

Gabe saved the day, I suffer from asthma, I haven't had any AC in the house for 3 days. Gabe , with his excellent knowledge of HVAC, found the problem in a very short span of time. He then went about fixing it, to my surprise he showed me the cause of the failure of my AC unit. The original installer screwed up . The opening for the air flow was all messed up. The filter I have been using was to small, thus my AC coils were clogged with dirt and dust. Gabe cleaned the coils and will come back to adjust the opening. He also discovered that the furnace had some problems too. I have never been so pleased with the professionalism of any contractor before. I highly recommend Heat Masters.

He came and fixed my HVAC. Great service, affordable and did what he said. In short, this is the guy I'll be using to do more work in my house. The reviews are 5 stars because Gabe does what he says, on time and is a really great guy.

When I moved out and purchased my own home I’d call my dad for questions. He always tells me to call Gabriel, from NJ heat masters! We didn’t have hot water, I called Gabriel and within an hour he called me back and was at my home to fix the issue!!! I can’t thank him enough for his politeness, and ability to help us in such a quick time. We are so appreciative and highly recommend Nj heat masters!!

We woke up today, (Sunday), to a freezing house. We tried calling a few companies but couldn’t get anybody to come out until Tuesday. We called Gabriel from NJ Heat Masters after he was highly recommended by a friend. After explaining the issue to Gabriel over the phone, he diagnosed the problem and told my husband that he would walk him through the repair. He said that it was a five minute fix and he did not feel comfortable charging for a service call for a minor issue. Well, my husband was able to fix the problem, (dirty sensor), in five minutes and the unit is working great. It’s great to find such an honest and professional person, especially when you’re in a tough spot. THANK YOU GABRIEL!! We are now customers for life.

Gabriel was amazing. My ac unit wasnt working he came within the hr and fixed it. Great preice & very professional. He is an amazing guy and highly recommend him.

I sent Gabe a message about my father in laws heater and he got back to me right away. He went out and performed a full maintenance on the heater. My father in law is almost 90 and lives alone, he is stubborn and feels like the heater doesn’t work, this is not the case, Gabe is so patient and explained to my father in law that the heater is working properly. It’s an ongoing problem but Gabe assured me he will work with us until my father in law understands.

These guys are awesome! My special "thank you" extends to Gabriel. Had an emergency situation with the gas leak at a friend's house, who barely speak English. All that at 7:30 pm...I myself was helping them remotely, on the phone, trying to calm them down. Found NJ Heat Masters online. Withing minutes Gabriel was at their house, I heard him even trying to speak their language, and reassure them, that everything will be all right. Honestly... you have to have the nerves made of steal to be able to deal with the situations like that, when the woman is crying, the man is screaming, because both of them are scared to death... but he did a great job! I was on the phone the whole time, trying to translate to my friends what was going on.... I am just in owe, that tonight I have accidentally learned that there is an another human-being, on the road, who will answer your call, and is ready to help, hard working professional, honest... and funny too:))))) What a night!
