Gabriel is professional, friendly and honest. He fixed my air conditioner within a half hour of my reaching out to him. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was in working order. I highly recommend Gabriel from Heat Masters and will never use anyone else in the future.

Gabriel responded to my early morning call when my family woke up with no heat. He was able to walk me through diagnosing and fixing the issue over the phone. He also helped me locate the part I needed when my own search failed. He was more than willing to come out and fix the issue himself but he had confidence I could repair it on my own to save some $. He didn’t know me and didn’t want anything in return. He even called later that night to make sure we were warm!! Can’t thank him enough. Called this morning for service on my AC unit as it was low on freon. Gabriel did me a huge favor and came out within 2 hours. He's honest and doesn't try and oversell anything. Will definitely recommend him and use him again as needed. Nice to have a local guy you can count on.

What can I say, Gabriel is polite and professional, very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had the part already in his truck. He was able to adequately repair our system for a fair price. We would definitely recommend him. Give him a call, you’ll be glad you did.

Coming home late night and found out the heat is not working. I called Gabriel the first thing next morning. Sure enough, Gabriel was able to come first thing in the morning out of his busy schedule to check on our heater. It then turned out it's our thermostat that was not working, Gabriel didn't even charge us with this emergency service, he just wanted to make sure we don't suffer from the bitter cold weather!! I can't believe how lucky we are to have him as our HVAC professional support!! He's always responsive, has a kind heart to help people over business. Couldn't thanks him enough for all the work he did for us, and always follow up to make sure everything is working fine. What a honest nice guy!! I know I left review 2 years ago but I couldn't help to recommend him to everyone!!! Thanks Gabriel again! Although you may not want to see us again but you surely will be our lifetime HVAC guy, lol!!!

I'm so happy with Gabriel's professionalism and service! We have had no heat since the past 3 day. AJ Perri keeps telling us different issues and yet nothing is fixed. I finally gave up and called Gabriel as "emergency" and he came right away on the same date and fix my heater within an hour. It's found contact issue with the heater so no parts needed and he didn't even charge me. I am lucky to find such a honest and professional vendor that don't rip me off like others. Greatly appreciate his work and happy to have the heat back after 3 days suffering from cold. I will need his service for my AC in summer time as well. Recommend NJ Heat Masters more than 100% if you need HVAC services!!!!

Gabe took our call on the night before Christmas Eve for a leaking water heater (arrived within a few hours). He tried hard to find a way to not replace the whole unit because the holidays were coming up. It ended up needing to be replaced however. He came Christmas Eve morning and had a new one up and running in an hour. He did a great job, worked quickly and made no mess whatsoever. Price was what I would have expected to pay. Highly recommend!!

I contacted NJ Heat Masters based on a referral for my broken water heater. He did not disappoint, he was at my house on time as promised that same day. He diagnosed the issue and gave me his honest opinion, the unit could not be fixed. I kind of already knew that based on the age of the unit. He was back the next day with a new unit. He arrived promptly again and did a great job. He left the work area so clean I could not believe it. HIs price was very reasonable. I will use him anytime I have a HVAC issue and If you are looking for a dependable and professional guy, he is your man.

I have to take a moment to give tremendous thanks and credit to local Jackson resident Gabriel Khalul, owner of NJ Heat Masters. We had an issue with our pool heat pump and NOBODY we called wanted to come and service it. (Including the pool company who installed it and our pool!) After looking for recommendations our local FB page, we saw many for Gabriel and gave him a call. He came out the very next day! I won’t go into every detail, but after fixing the initial problem, which only turned out to be the symptom of an even bigger problem, Gabriel went above and beyond (traveling for a hard to find part, working directly with the mfgr located in Florida, I could go on)! He consistently showed up and did not give up until our heat pump was fixed and fixed properly. He was honest, reliable, and very fairly priced. He could have charged us a lot more for the work he did. But he takes pride in his work and has the integrity that seems so lacking these days. I highly recommend Gabriel for your heating or cooling needs!

Being a business owner myself , I couldn't say enough good things about Gabriel. Professional, courteous,prompt and most important friendly. He came to my house that day and was able to get my heat restored . When I was expecting parts needed to be replaced , he refused to just replace parts and reassured me it was not necessary. I felt like I not only found a great HVAC mechanic but also felt like a made a friend. Great guy and great mechanic.

Our AC stopped working Thursday evening, Gabriel came within an hour and fixed everything and charged a very reasonable price. He's a real professional and a very nice guy with a good sense of humor. Thank you Gabriel!
